I LOVE Xmen, and will be out there to see it on the 1st showing. Does anyone know if they will be making a midnite showing like they normally do on these movies?

Great Trailer, Thanks Rob!

I have seen the previews, too. The movie looks like its going to ROCK! I also heard they are going to release Superman this summer but I don't think nobody can replace Christopher Revees as Superman.

Yeah, the trailer looked promissing. I've watched it too, as i did all the previous X-Men movies, and i must say that this may very well be the best of them. I've always been a fan/collector of the X-men comics, so i too can't wait to see it... As for Superman, i agree with FunJoe, it's very hard to find someone that can replace Christopher Reeves in that role, he was born for it.

Wow, it looks to be a great movie. Count me in. I just hope the title "The Last Stand" doesn't mean it's the last X-Men movie. Who's the blue guy with the mutton chops? Don't remember seeing him in previous movies. Hank McCoy, more than likely.

Although im glad theyve finally established the mutant liberation front, im still very annoyed how comic to movie basis genres distort the comic, my biggest beef being how jean\phoenix comes to be and the simple concept that theyve made rogue from one of the strongest marvel characters to a weak little girl who can just absorb powers, i dunno thats me but i nearly orgasmed when i saw the screen shot of magneto rippin a section of the golden gate bridge off

I have a problem with all these comic movies, only one i have liked was Punisher because it was as the comic was very dark, morbid and brutal, im surprised they even hinted at suicide at the end. Ironman is supposed to come out in 2006 as well, i do hope they make him a playboy alcoholic, i mean it gave him so much character depth

I saw the preview last night and damn it looks good and with all the characters now seemingly being involved Juggernaut etc I think the battle scene will go off. I seriously cant wait problem it doesn't come out here for like another month or two.

I'm pretty pumped about Juggernaut also...He's way overdue! Someone told me Kelsey Grammar is playing the Beast; can anyone verify that? And who, pray tell, is playing Cain Marko? And, will Colossus actually have a Russian accent this time? And..."What About BLOB???"

I'll probably see it, but I have to say I've been annoyed with the X-men movie franchise ever since the second movie, thanks to the supremely hokey way they chose to kill off Jean Grey.

One of the characters said it best: "Why did she leave the plane?"

Well for more info on X-men3 if your really interested go to this site.
This site is REALLY good giving inside info on movies comming up and usually is a pretty good source of "rumors"

http://moviespoilers.net/xmen3.html

Yes...Kelsey Grammar is the voice of The Beast..and I think its cool they will have ArchAngel in this one...more Colossus and the Juggernaut.

They are working now on a Fantastic Four 2, Iron Man and still rumors of an Avengers live-action, also there is a Wolverine movie comming.
X4 is probally not going to happen anytime soon.

There won't be a fourth one, at least not with most of the big-names in it. Everyone involved seems to think this is the conclusion of the trilogy. Which is too bad, I would have liked to see Apocalypse or Sinister as a villain.

I agree. So much missed potential. No Collossus/Juggernaut slugfest, painfully short fight between Pyro and Iceman, Juggernaut getting punked so easily. What was this dude thinking?

Even that fight wouldnt do justice. Non russian collosus vs a "mutant" juggernaut

Even that fight wouldnt do justice. Non russian collosus vs a "mutant" juggernautHey that's a good point. In the movie, Juggernaut was a mutant, but in the comics, Cain Marko wasn't a mutant. He got his power from something called the Ruby of Cytorrak, which was mounted in his helmet, if I remember correctly.

My first glimpse of Juggernaut was in 1982, when I only collected Spider-Man comics. During that time, writer Roger Stern experimented with letting the webslinger fight villains from other Marvel titles. Hence one of the first Amazing Spider-Man comics I bought was subtitled, "Nothing Can Stop THE JUGGERNAUT" Of course, Spider-Man was no match for Juggy's brute strength or unstoppability, but Spidey defeated him just the same.

without going into details, this movie was horrible. So many opertunities missed, and details changed, and some of the most lackluster events(once again without going into details) i'd seen in a recent movie.

Perhaps we should make anotehr thread to more openly discuss the movie without ruining it for others. Think i will actually :D
