Seriously guys, is there anyone that is going to be able to de-throne them within the nest few years? I just don't see it happening.

Although, I did get a kick out of seeing barcelona beat them handily. That José Mourinho is a real sore loser. :zzzzz:

Well I'm a Man Utd supporter and I like to think we have the team to match and beat Chelski. Not this season, obviously, but as long as we sort out our dodgy midfield I think it's possible. Mourinho is a great manager, but I don't think most of their players are all that incredible, with a few obvious exceptions such as Frank Lampard and John Terry (who incidentally WEREN'T bought with Abramovich's millions). They manage to win most of their games despite playing shit, due to the unbelievable amount of luck they get. If that luck changes and we can stay consistent instead of losing to shitty bottom-of-the-table teams we have a chance, definately.

Liverpool are the only other team that can compete.

I hear Liverpool may be making an attempt to sign Ronaldo from Real Madrid, and might try to bring Michael Owen back.

I agree with you though, ManU has the best chance of taking over next season.

dunno where you live.......here on the Fox Soccer Channel(FSC) they show Sky Sports News and the local(FSC) news........it was one of them.LOL...nothing concrete just a big rumor......don`t by that Beckham Gunners jersey yet!!

truth is,i`d prefer he came stateside.big name,big draw.....could use him in NY!! :upsidedow

I doubt beckham will ever play in the US, although I have heard he wouldn't mind finishing his career in the US, because his wife loves Los Angeles.

Becks maybe playing for the Los Angeles Galaxy would be the only scenario I could see... even then, it's a long shot.


If Becks goes to the gunners, I think that would be great! I hated it when he left ManU for real madrid... or "barcelonas bitch" as I like to call them... =P
