thanks toyou - very interesting - opticallty challenging indeed but nevertheless i really do like those public reports on tickling and being ticklish!

Oh MY GOD!!! A paper from Waterloo, Iowa?? Who'da thunk. I also noticed in the 2nd divorce proceeding, the name Tobias Hackner was brought up...Explains alot, doen't it.

Wild stuff, Toyou. I had never heard the 'muscles contract' explanation for harder-type tickling. Very interesting. They put that forth several years ago, yet I don't see this information being reiterated. Thanx for posting these, Toyou!

'Pre-net mainstream' indeed, Rxx. I can recall going to the library when I was younger and searching out articles in medical journals on the subject. But only the 'older' set could appreciate such circumstances.
