Last night in the thin Colorado Air, where even I could hit a home run, Barry B went 0-2 with 3 walks (2 intentional). Now Im not usually the type to beleive in hocus pocus, touchy feely, spiritual stuff....but maybe, just maybe this whole karma thing is true. After all, wouldnt it just be soooooooo perfect if Barry B goes the ENTIRE month of April without a Home Run and then get injured in May. I think if there are....the baseball gods are looking down and smiling...and keeping Barry's baseballs inside the park.

And now that Ive said something about it, watch him hit 2 tonight. :ignite:

With regard to last night, it's even better that the Rockheads scored 4 runs in the bottom of the 9th to come from behind and beat the hated jints by a run. :p :p

With regard to Bonds, maybe he's just a man in his 40's no longer on steroids.

I believe in Karma but I think milagros has it right with his last sentence. Too bad...I really believed Bonds was going to go down as the greatest of all times. :wow:

With the dillution of the talent pool and players playing who shouldnt(like tampa) its easy for someone to hit hrs, hell speed guys like podsednik and tony womack can hit em now if they try. Lowering the mound, widing the ball, drugs, all enhance the hitters. Bonds is gonna pass ruth,sadly, but he will never hit aaron, his body wont be able to take it and if the giants get in a pennant race and bonds is hittin sub 200, alou better be the smart mgr he is and not listen to the GM and higher ups and play someone who can help win a game, other than for his name
