You girls are so funny... I know, I know, I'm generalizing, but still, hear me out and ask yourself if you've ever done this.
I was out and about earlier, paying bills and running errands, and I saw this attractive gal at the DMV, wearing hip-hugger pants and a belly shirt. Naturally, my eyes were drawn to the bare midriff like iron filings to a magnet. She saw me appreciating the view, got all self-conscious and indignant, and proceeded to try to hike up her low-rise pants and tug down the hem of her too small shirt, while glaring at me for daring to look at how she'd left the house. Oh BROTHER! Give me a break!
Guys? This ever happen to you? Sound off!
Girls? Guilty as charged? Be HONEST, now!

Well. One on hand, I think if you dress like a piece of meat, that's how guys are going to look at you. On the other hand, not all guys are as cute as you Dan, but I know I might have done the same thing if the guy struck me as a real dirtbag. Some of them don't know how to be subtle, yanno what I mean? :evilha:

I absolutely hate this. I try not to stare but when a woman walks by in a skirt of otherwise flaunting clothing, I'm gonna at least glance.
Especially in a skirt that's 8" from the knee.
"WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT, YOU PIG?!"
"Uhh...Your PU*SY!"

"Attention-grabbing" works more like a grenade than a laser beam. Some folks (i.e., in this case, the woman you mentioned) don't understand that. Sure they want attention from guys, but what that really means is they desire it from specific guys at specific times in specific ways and in specific doses--each of which varies from woman to woman. Stray in any one of those areas and you'll often find that suddenly you're treated like you did something wrong.
I always tease a lady friend of mine by saying: women just want men to read their minds; then we'd get along fine. Her retort is always that the signs are obvious! That always makes for some fun arguments--playful but frustrating. :upsidedow
There's really no way to tell in advance. And worrying about what some woman you don't even know might think if you look at her will definitely make you an overly self-conscious wuss. So, basically, it's best not to think about it. Just enjoy the show, Dan! :jester:
