If you were able to freeze one moment in time what would it be?

A few years ago I said goodbye to a woman I was very enamoured of. I hug her for last time in the corridor of the University, knowing that was the last, she to one continent to work me to another to work. I watch her dissaperard into the door of a taxi and promise myself to get a job in her country and go....but until now it has not happened.
In fact that last hug is frozen on my mind.
