So far we've had a great weekend.

Spent Friday evening with that crotchety old geiser.....ummmmm....Ray, that's his name.....and his lovely wife Tracy and their ever so smart son. Thanks again, guys! We're very blessed to be able to call you friends!

Yesterday, we just relaxed, did a couple of errands and then joied the family for dinner to celebrate Drew's brother's b'day....50 years outranks 44....or 29 as derek called it (lad must be running for office). We had a terrific dinner at a place we'll definately have to go back to down along the shoreline.

Today, though the forecast was totally off (I think we've had about an inch and a half of partly cloudy. lol), we had a good time at the Schemitzun. For those who don't know what that is, it's the multi-national pow wow held down by Foxwoods casino. We got there in time for the grand entry, honoring all the nations and those who've gone before us. That's always a great experience. I picked up some supplies at the various vendors to make some more goodies for here at the house. A little later, we'll go out to dinner, then just relax for the evening.

It's been a grand time so far.

And for those who've written suggesting that Drew might want to tickle me for an appropriate amount of time... We don't need to wait for birthdays for that! :xpulcy:
