Anime Tickling Interrogation

I think the scene is from an anime called Dragonquest; a girl is tied up by a boy who has some kind of ant-eater-esque monster companion. He asks the girl for information, but she refuses to give it to him, so he makes his monster lick her feet, sending her into hysterics and (naturally) prompting her to give him the information he wants. As I recall, the clip was dubbed in Spanish. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
