If you're asking for short preview clips that the producer's themselves have created and put out for advertisement then you'll have no problems (although this should go in the requests section).

But if you are indeed asking for full length clips that the producers sell at their website then yes, under the rules of the TMF, that is forbidden (because it hinders producers from making funds back for the time and money they spent filming).
