During a commercial which kept showing bellybutton after bellybutton, it showed a blonde girl laying on a bed, with her shirt rolled up to show her bellybutton, while a guy bent down and kissed her bellybutton, she responded with a smile and perhaps a giggle

Wishful thinking on your part dude. That commercial was my favorite of those shown during the the SB, but there was no tickling in it.
