the turtles have a new CG movie coming out, maybe it'll have a tickle scene in it

Hmmm...doubtful unless Don Turtelli makes an appearence, which I don't think is going to happen since he was such a minor villan.

But I could be wrong.

I am gonna have to agree with Chosen on this. If there were a tickling scene in the new TMNT movie, it would probably be by sheer luck of this community. (Unless one of you is producing or writing it.)
