The registration page has two parts: mandatory info and optional info.
The questions in the mandatory part are:
1. user id: no less than 6 characters
2. password
3. confirm password (type the pswd one more time)
4. confirmation code (fill in the number in the box next to it)
5. challenge question to prevent malicious registration - this question may be dynamically set, that is, the question I see may not be the question you will see. What I am seeing is: "Is it OK to drive drunk? Please reply "OK" or "Not OK")
