me4o, then the answer to your problem is obvious... just move to America; it's where all the cool people are, anyway.
On a slightly more serious note, I've recently noticed a somewhat higher-than-average number of threads and posts about creepy guys, guys with one or two posts who PM random women, or ask for tickling sessions withough a word of previous conversation, etc.
The fact that the TMF has also recently topped 100K members is probably not a coincidence. A certain percentage of people here will unfortunately be socially inadept or perpetual lurkers or mentally unstable or just plain 'creepy' for lack of a better word. And the higher the number of members, the higher the number of that sort who also join up. And alerting them or negotiating with them won't be terribly successful, I don't think. If they're creeps, they won't be coming to general discussion in the first place much, for example.
Fortunately, people like that can always be put on ignore. The difficulty is the private message thing. Perhaps the default for signing up should be to not receive them until newbies can get a handle on how this place operates. That way, the next woman who arrives won't get 25 unwanted PM's by guys who have posted twice in four years.
