This obviously isn't any help right now, but your local library may have a 3D printer you can use. All three libraries I've been to do. I don't know where you can find the designs for a robot actuator though. A website called "Thingiverse" holds 3D-printer recipes and may be able to help you...

I've read all the way through Skin Game. Great series, though Butcher's writing slips a bit around Ghost Story, and he can be a bit problematic in how he treats his female and minority characters sometimes. With those caveats, I wholeheartedly recommend the series. I hope you enjoy it.
