Some more nice images from Bing. It really seems to like colourful alien worlds tickling pretty women. It gave me feet, legs, underarms, and without even asking the girls' clothes started to disappear.

In some of these I changed the prompt to "A pretty woman is climbing a tree in a jungle, she is being tickled all over by insects and is laughing hysterically". I couldn't specify any kind of body part like bare feet, or bare legs without it getting refused, or say that she was wearing a bikini...

I added "being tickled by COLORFUL insects to one of them", it made the insects look more fun but the girl wasn't laughing so much

You can now get MS Edge on Linux so I joined the Bing/DALL-E party. It rejects a lot more prompts that fotor.com, but when you find something it is ok with like "being tickled all over by insects" its results are stellar by comparison.
