That's from a segment of a longer video (it has three or four different parts) named "Giggles" from Prestige. Unfortunately I have no idea where you can buy it; I've been searching for it myself with no luck. For what it's worth, the part this screenshot is taken from is the only one worth...

I'm not sure that's from a video; that's an older picture that looks like it might have been part of a photo shoot (there have been quite a few of those).
