Azur Lane just released some Live2D skins, and potentially 2 have tickle animations; Perseus (below) has an animation for her feet and butt, while Albion's may not be tickling, but if you tap/hold on her feet she moves them and gets a slightly pouty face. Both are unvoiced, as all Live2D...

There are a lot of feet Skins, sadly not much tickling. Game is pretty easy on your Wallet, they make most of their profits are from Skins.

That last one is in the game as a Skin, but has no tickle dialogue of any sort. Is only in the Art. Also, if you plan on playing, could you join the Avrora Server? I meed Guild members

Amagi's new Live2D Skin has an animation if you click/hold on her feet, she reacts in a ticklish way. Not voiced, but a very cute animation nonetheless.
