I think you could have omitted "tickle art" and summed it up more generally.

I've known several people who either were not ticklish, had learned to ignore ticklishness, or were only ticklish in certain places with certain very specific criteria. It's much the same as asking if it's possible to not like coffee, or to hate the color green.
