I totally agree with dvc. I don't usually reply to personal posts on the forum, but through PM the person. I agree with everyone that you do have to step out there and start going to meet-ups or gatherings. Its not like its going to fall in your lap like some guys think it does.

I agree with Static. There are more ticklephiles in ATL than you know. A lot of people that I met in the 1st year of moving to ATL before graduate school become more difficult were lurkers on TMF and too afraid to meet people in the community.
