Definately put this technique to the test,trust me it works.When my friend snuck up and did it to me she almost jumped herself from my reaction.

I have finally found out the ideal time to tickle someone bare soles.There is no better time then when they are sunbathing after walking barefoot for a while at that moment while lying there the soles for some reason are incredibly ticklish.Try tickling a sunbathers feet and I guarantee a crazy...
