I mean they just aired the Bubble Girl scene with no cuts whatsoever, plus this is going to air late into the night after most of the other shows have finished, so I wouldn't worry about that. Though if it does get cut, the Part 5 release will likely have the OVA included.

Well I should point out that that the actress playing the lee in that scene, Brittney Karbowski, also played the lee in the Battle Girls: Time Paradox scene which WAS released by Sentai...so its not always even across the board...while I liked Karbowski, the highlight for me was Jaime Marchi's...
