Thank you! It really is too bad equivalent games in the real world like Counter-Strike and Valorant don't have a tickling punishment mode. I'd probably play them for a lot longer myself if they did.

Authorial Note: It turns out it's weirdly hard to come up with a decent sounding video game name that hasn't already been taken. It probably goes without saying, but the Wages of War described here has nothing to do with the 1996 computer game. I just can't be bothered to keep shopping around...

Stories that have better development and plot stick in my head longer. It's nice to have one that's straight to the point every once in a while, but those tend to all blur together after enough time has passed. It's the characters, setting, and plot development that gives me something to latch...
