Windows 8 users with chat issues?
(Oh, gee, if I scroll a bit further than I'm used to, there IS a Technical Assistance forum!) So I've got Windows 8, with Microsoft Edge. I hate Microsoft Edge. It has java "built in" it says. But it doesn't do TMF chat, which tells me to "get java." So I went to Firefox. I got the same...- Alice

Tech Support? Can't chat with Windows 8
Hi guys. I didn't see a forum for tech support stuff, but I recently got Windows 10. Now when I go to the Chat forum, it just sits there and says I need Java. So I got Java. And it still does the same thing -- in both Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. And yes, I rebooted the machine. :)...- Alice
