Epic thread. 
I'm sure it's no secret by now  but I am a submissive, collared to
LeeAllure. Yes, same-sex heterosexual D/s relationships do exist!
I got into the lifestyle by searching on the internet (shock). I found
my first BDSM friend in my area. He's still my friend to this day. His
name is Bill, and he took me to a Halloween BDSM party that year.
That was 2003.  Prior to that, I dated a pilot who was into BDSM
but mostly just sexually.
I met my now husband (and soon-to-be ex) in 2003, and my interest
in the lifestyle was put on the back-burner. I didn't get back into
things until I finally left him last November (due to many reasons,
none of which have anything to do with the BDSM lifestyle).
I met Miss Lee in March of 2008, and the rest, they say, his history.
I'm looking forward to discovering other BDSM'ers on here!

I BDSM. I'm a bottom, sub, slave, whatever you call it. ^_^ Had an online/text/phone Dom for a bit...but broke that off....so uncollared atm.....hoping for a chance at a real-life relationship (read: BEFORE I DIE!). I am still learning more about it, and adjusting to being called angel, girl, slave, (or my slave #) etc instead of Angel.

Im a switch, into various things, only thing that remains constant thruout is the bondage, which is my favoraite part of the whole thing.
Im no massively dominant nor submissive, but I top and bottom in my own way and its alot of fun.
Im pretty open about it, anyone that comes into my room will see my bondage wall and heavy duty cuffs hanging off my bed

erm...i'm a switch, but my Top tendencies have been stronger as of late. dunno if i could be considered a Dom really. i need more experience before i can be happy with any specific title. i don't even like to say "Yeah, I'm a Dom." if it comes up.
i had a long-distance Sub some time ago, but we decided it be best to break things off in that regard. nevertheless, i still hope to play with her soon (you know who you are  ). my girl has also worn a collar for me, and still does on occasion.
what do i love most about BDSM, eh? not sure, really. is it the rush of endorphins when you are at the mercy of another, or vice versa? the bondage and the torments? or the mind games? i wish i knew what it was about BDSM i love the most. i DO know that i find women who are bound to be extraordinarily sexy, which is why i have posted more bondage photos than anything else. maybe, someday, i'll have some BDSM material of my own to showcase.

I'm not particularly practicing the lifestyle but am always intrigued by it. I have a respect for both it and those who practice it as do I anyone in the community, whether it be their main kink, or even just a cross genre passion of theirs.
Having a few people here that are extremely close to me, into it in some way or another, I'm even more interested to always be learning more, both about it in general and how they enjoy it and enjoy incorporating it into their play and their life. It's definitely not something I would rule out of incorporating into play in one way or another if my partner enjoys it.
And true D, not everyone will speak on it, but it's a great thread for those who will choose to, not only of those sharing it, but those learning about it.

I have enjoyed the BDSM lifestyle for over 4 years. I consider myself a Dominant. I have had online D/s realtionships and they were good, but they just don't compare to real. I have never had a real relationship before, but I hope to one day (long before I'm an old, gray haired man) have one where both of us are happy and enjoying the lifestyle we have chosen together. Eventhough I have 4 years under my belt, I know I still have so much more to learn.

He does amazing rope work. The first place where I spent a good 2 hours just taking in the shots.
