I work in a hospital, and I can safely state that I believe.
One night, very late, I was stripping and cleaning a room where someone had just passed away some time before. The lights were dim in the hallway and no one was around except for some patients and the nurses at the station, but the hall was empty.
As I was picking up some window cleaner from the big stainless steel cart parked outside the room, I noticed someone walking towards me in the hallway just within my peripheral vision (also the corner of my eye). As I turned to look to see who it was, that someone was gone. Poof! It looked like a silhouette...possibly a shadow person?

I'm an amateur ghost hunter/paranormal investigator. Yeah, I do believe in ghosts (if you catch enough weird stuff, you kinda HAVE to believe). If we lived nearer to each other, I could do an investigation.

I'm going to go all Ignostic on yo' arse and ask you; what do you mean by ghosts?
-
Maybe not ghosts in the traditional sense, but something like ghosts. I've worked in a lot of pubs where strange, inexplicable things happen. Beer taps switching themselves on, knocking in the cellar, that sort of thing. There used to be a strong smell of something burning, coming the cellar of one very old pub where I worked at similar times of night. We had everything checked, electrics, gas, water. Eventually we got some of the regulars in the pub who were builders to have a look, and they found an old room that had been bricked up. Nobody knows why or when, but none of us wanted to go anywhere near that room.

Discarnate spirits
People just like us , vibrating at a different frequency.
My wife is asking me ( right now ) what I'm going to do when she starts talking to the dead again.
I know she can and other pychics have informed her of her gift, but right now , more than two is a crowd.

I believe.. but not everything is a "GHOST" it my be an Angel watching over you.. I have an angel in my house in the form of a Cat. We will feel it walking around us on our bed or while we are laying on the couch.. it does not freak us out or bother the aminals. Saydee, our 8 mo puppy did once bark for 10 seconds at something that we could not see in a tone she has never used before then went right back to sleep . I know it is an angel for we almost feel comforted when it is around and it was confirmed tobe an angel and not a ghost by a freind of mine. I have seen it once in my peripheral vision in the bathroom with me, looked like a black cat, when I turned to look at it, there was nothing there.
Have a history of sexual abuse and need someone to talk with? PM me about the TMF support group. We're here to listen and offer support.

I always cringe when people use scientific terminology in discussions like this. 9 times in 10 it's because it makes it sound more legitimate somehow. The test is to determine what these words mean.
So, what part of us "vibrates" and in what spectrum? What is the range of detectable frequencies? How is the frequency measured?
If those questions have no answers, then these are just buzzwords.

It would be a little more impressive if the apartment was cold in July rather than in late November. Lacking other solid evidence I'd diagnose your problem as drafts combined with the anxieties that often develop during a move.
I don't disbelieve in "spirits," but extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Wow, I can't even begin to answer those Questions.
You will have to address my wife on that one , but I'm sure she will be less than amused.
She has extremely unhuman intuition, almost uncanny in a way and many pychics she has encoutered have told her shes missing her calling, but this is what I always end up saying, Nobody really has any answers, they just have more questions.

Ah. Then the issue simply comes down to what you prefer to believe. That's entirely up to you, and reality may have only a passing acquaintance with whatever you decide.

That's unfortunate. But if you're going to use the terms of science then you need to use them as scientists do - either that or abandon any pretense that the words mean anything the reader would expect them to mean.
I suspect, based on past experience, that your wife will know no more about "vibration frequencies" than you do, for the simple reason that as you're using them the terms have no meaning. They refer to nothing real. They just make things sound more plausible.

This is true, I only know what my wife describes to me and info from other psychics I've seen or met. I have no personal experience with any paranormal.
I do feel them around me at times, but that could be anything.
Too bad you weren't psychic, you could do the experiments on yourself.
But better yet, you live in California, thats Lisa Williams territory. Track her down and have a reading , ask her your questions, take any data devices you need and see for yourself.
She has convinced many a skeptic.
