Robert James-Collier (actor, Thomas Barrow in Downton Abbey) is very ticklish! He gets briefly tickled on the ribs by pal and co-star Allen Leech, and has a great reaction to it. The video also makes it look like Leech defiitely knew Rob's ticklish and had tickled him ebfore:
