Did anybody ever pay someone to tie them up and tickle them? Just wondering if there are people out there that do that. It has always been my fantasy.

Yes, many times.

In fact, it is one of the more common requests at the commercial dungeons where professional Dommes work.

i have done this, unfortunatly there are like zero female lers in my area, i will say she certainly did kick my ticklish butt...
 
I've been paid to be tickled...but that's because it was for a tickling video.
