Tantalizing Snuggles -Part 2

When am I gonna learn to keep my head down when odd things happen... Case in point, wandering through the office at lunch and hear a group of co-workers strangling cats. On closer examination it appeared they were rehearsing for the 'voluntary' office Christmas party Karaoke competition (the horror!) by attempting to harmonise Bohemian Rhapsody (the friend of mob-handed karaoke singers everywhere). I, who am elsewhere (thankfully) on the night of said party am one of three people out of the hundred plus in the office who can lay claim to have some sort of singing voice (not me being immodest, our team captain almost sobbed when I mentioned I wasn't gonna be there) and this lot have one of the other two who's fighting a loosing battle against the rest of 'em. She spots me lurking at the back of the meeting room and have a guess what I spent the rest of my lunch hour doing...

Anyway, to the point, Hilarious? Well thank you, but I've gotta question your sense of humour on that one :D Sadly someone really did kill our (read, my) phone system in work this morning and I was not a happy bunny about it. From what I can gather between the whimpering and pleas for mercy someone's thought process went: Hmmm, I wonder what happens if I unplug this plug with "Do not touch under pain of pain, this means YOU!" written on it in big red letters? Answer: You (by which I mean they) get to spend the next twenty minutes running for your life as I chase after you with a baseball bat.

Ah, Wayne’s World, how you did corrupt an entire generation of young minds, a generation to which the word Schhhhwing! will forever have special meaning. Actually, there's a bit of Wayne’s World 2 that's in our procedures documentation in work (hence proving no-one ever reads the damn thing). I haven't got a copy handy to check but it's the concert speech that I think goes:

Del Preston: All right, ladies and gentlemen. It takes two people to run a concert: one back stage, and one out front. One man alone cannot do this. Wayne, you will run the backstage team. Milton, you are my liaison between Wayne's backstage team and Garth's front-stage team which includes myself in the booth. To the left and right of the stage are machine-gun pillboxes, M-60 Browning. Now these babies tend to heat up so shoot in 3-second bursts. In the event of capture I will personally distribute these cyanide capsules to be placed under the tongue like so. Any questions?

Garth: Yes, I have a question. When did you turn into a nutbar?

Though I left off Garth's line from our version and tweaked it somewhat to apply to general disaster recovery. The quote's from memory, so sorry if it's not entirely accurate. Mike Myer's is probably the most consistent comedian of the 1990's and the 2000's, and the amount of his work that's now part of popular culture is truly scary.

*grin* Okay, as you asked so nicely... the name behind BOFH666 is Steve and he's 25 (feeling about 65 right now but that'll wear off once the caffeine kicks back in). Anything else you'd like to know? (which reminds me, there's a whole bunch of personal stuff over on one of the replies to (Turnabout)..is fair play if you're interested). Oh, and before anyone says it, normally I keep my own name well clear of anything I write for here, if you do see it then it means I either a) used it as a placeholder and forgot to change before posting or b) Went to add a name and thought 'it's midnight gone and I've gotta be up for work in five hours, stuff it the name stays'.

Tickle quick or slow lass, I ain't gonna complain. It's when you stop you're going to have problems :devil2:

Hmm. *checks behind sofa* darn, no-one's hiding back there... ;)

My My, Just when I think that you are finished amazing me
you surprise me again:) I mean this is too awesome, you have
a memory of your favorite movie scripts just like me;)
That is just too cool:) Wonder have you ever seen the movie,
A Christmas Story (you know the story with the 9 year old
boy Ralphie when he wants a Red Rider BB-gun with compass
and stock and the thing tells time?) If you haven't I highly
suggest that you watch this movie. It is hilarious and so
witty!! :D It a classic Christmas tradition in my family
to watch this movie as many times as we possibly can.
What is great TNT has this movie -24 hr. marathon!!:)
I mean I totally love this movie, I practically know this
movie by heart. (pathetic I know lol just kidding) I pride
it as being one of my awesome talents)

I once used to know the words of Wayne's World by heart.
But now i can't recall them, but remember certain funny
scenes. From what I read of the script that is exactly
how it was worded towards the end of the movie with
alternate endings.

I did not think the phone getting cut off hilarious.
I thought you vowing to get them back funny and cute.
I know I have those moments when my temper flies. lol

Hate to leave this short, but gotta go meeting my
friend Didi and we are gonna go shopping (female
friend bonding) you know talk about guys and stuff) lol.
I will miss ya dear friend hope you are having a excellent
day. Hmmmmm have to see if you have been good to be tickled
just kidding ;) know I will miss ya til next we chat.

Hmm, let's see here, you know the script to A Christmas Story (which I must admit I haven't seen, or for that matter heard of before, though I'll keep an eye out), I've got pretty much the entirety of The Crow stuck in my brain. This means something don't it...? :D

Actually, I tend to remember those chunks of films that can strike fear into the hearts of the great unwashed when I'm busy and don't have the time to handhold them while they try and figure out how to get their e-mail (trust me, work IT Support for more than about six months and any sympathy you have for the using class goes right out the window, unless they at least put in some effort or ask nicely). Have found the Ezekiel 25:17 speech from Pulp Fiction works really well, though I tend to save that for those occasions when one of our IT guys really manages to break something and then tries to pass it off to me for fixing. Darth Vader impressions are also good, and just recently I've found Gollum-style speeches to be a big success in causing fear and rapid exits (wants help with its e-mail does it, e-mail precious, no, it's not for nasty users, no, dont's deserve its my ppprecioussss etc etc. Record's ten seconds for them to get the hint and go away. Quickly.). Hey, I may be sweet as pie outside of work, but when there's six deadlines coming up and enough time to meet two of them I reserve the right to see off annoying queries in the quickest (and most enjoyable) manner possible. Besides it stops the daily grind from getting boring.

Ah, yes, I should explain that phone thing. I work as a project manager / IT guy and one of the jobs that goes with it is keeping the phone system for a 150 person company up and running, Coming in to find one of our muppets with the plug IN HIS HAND when it should be IN THE WALL at 9am Monday morning really isn't the way to get on my good side. Though of course I was joking about chasing them down with a baseball bat. Ahem. Yes, a joke, of course, that's what it was, not based in reality at all. *looks shifty and sidles towards the door*

And while I'm replying to this I'm not writing your story, so come on Steve, stop slacking and back to work. :shake::whip:

Hey ticklebunny! Sorry for a late reply, been under the weather lately. to answer your quest, the part that gave me butterflies ( or turned my butterflies to HAWKS) was when Elaine got butterflies. I get that feeling everytime I read a story like yours. I prefer these kinds of stories. Yours is the best yet. I dont really like bondage, but I have nothing aganist it. When you wrote (or typed) that you were being tickled gently while you were snuggled ( shivers :shake: ) that is a fantasy of mine. I would love nothing more than for that to happen to me. I'll just have to wait until I find someone who wont think of me as weird. That whole story basically was my fantasy. So thankx for putting my fantasy into words!! Once again, I cant wait to read more of your writings, you have inspired me to post the stories I have written. If you wanna chat, let me know. Keep up the good work. Now if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go read both stories again. ;)

To: ILuv2BeTickled

I am so happy to hear from ya again:)
I am sorry to hear that you were feeling
very sick and under the weather. That is
never good. I know what you mean I am just
recently recovering from sinusinitis and
a cold. I am feeling a lot better now.
So pleased and glad that both my stories
touched your heart and gave you butterflies.

So having someone snuggle up to you and tickle
you for a while at the same time is a fantasy
you have dreamed about? That is really neat
pleased that I could convey in words your fantasy
that you want someday to now be a reality my friend.

I don't know why someone would think that behavior
weird, it is perfectly natural and fun. To be tickled
and hugged at the same time while snuggling up is quite
an amazing sensation, believe me I know;) my guy does
that all the time hugs me and hold me close when we
snuggle up to one another. It is the greatest feeling
in the world, helps one develop emotional closeness
with another person. Also a friendship can grow from
this if mutual interests are discussed and explored.;):)
Don't take my word for it Luv2Be Tickled, why don't ya
experiment sometime tickle and snuggle w someone you
care about later in future, tell me how it goes for ya.
What ya thought about it. ok?:)

Yes please post the stories that you have written, I
would love to read your stories and see a glimpse of
the great writer I know that probably is hiding deep
inside you somewhere that needs to be noticed and
appreciated. We all have talent and amazing gifts
that only need to be encouraged and appreciated.

Sure I would love to chat whenever you want. I am
finishing finals week this wk though. But after that
we can talk on pm or publicly on this TMF post reply
board. Can't wait to hear from ya again and to soon
reveal my next story to The TMF...setting going to
be on Dec 24th crackling fireplace, soft music, you
know basically a very domestic romantic atmosphere.
I hope I don't disappoint wish me good luck and keep
your eyes open, story soon be coming soon to ya all.
Missing ya my friend-Luv2BeTickled

So let me get this straight you are saying that
you love horror movies (scary movies) wow if so
then there is one of the areas of hobbies where
there is a difference between me and you. Yes I
admit when I was younger and a child I used to
watch scary movies and actually liked to watch
vampire movies as long as they had a love story
to them or were sometimes a comedy. That way I
did not get too scared. Yes believe it or not
I used to watch Freddy Kruger tv series late at
night with my father. I used to watch the tv series
Monsters and other scary flicks. That used to be
some times that my father and I bonded when I was
a kid. But one day, believe or not...I became very
scared and after watching Fright Night-(Vampire Movie)
I had nightmares for like two solid weeks straight.
That did not really make sense to me because I knew
logically in my mind, that vampires did not exist
and that I was safe. This is interesting that you
mention about this topic. The reason I say this is
because we are talking about something similiar to
this in my English 367.02 class in college.

Stephen King has a theory that the reason so many
people admit to liking horror movies is because
there is an anti-civilization instinct in all of us.
Basically in simple words: Theory said that all of us
in sometime or point in our lives, want to rebel against
society's rules and that even though the scene might be
gruesome, deep down we root the villain on so to speak.
Scary idea huh? lol I know I could not believe it when
I read the theory. Theory went further to say: That all
of us have a secret dark side: side we do not show others
readily:you kinda reminded me of this-(when you said you
wanted to chase the person that unplugged the phone jack
with a baseball bat.) lol. I know you were kidding and
did not really mean it literally but still...(have to
admit that could be classified as an anti-civilization
instinct primitive and raw.) lol don't ya agree. scary
strange as that sounds

You totally lost me when you started talking about Star Wars,
never have really watched it and don't undestand the plot and
that. lol:) sorry. Hey as far as what you said about being
sweet as pie outside of work but different case at work:
that is to be expected. (Trust me I have a temper at times
that is not pretty to see, I have not always been the
nicest person at work either.) (Lets just say I don't let
people run over me ;) leave it at that ok :) lol

You probably wonder what is my job: I work at an all
you can eat family buffet. I work with dealing and
greeting the public. I am a hostess and I seat customers.
I have to many times bus (clean) tables and occasionally
have to swallow my anger and hold my tongue when a rude
customer really gets my goat you know what I mean:)
I have worked there over a yr now, not my favorite place
but hey need money for college books and leisure.
I am a junior in college now going to OSU. I will have
124 credit hours earned after this fall quarter is over.

Hey no whip smileys please lol: no sad screek faces
either, just smiles and laughs. sad faces.( they are sad
and negative.

I like wink smileys and smileys better. Thanks. Why in
the world you put whip smiley, I am not gonna punish
ya for not starting on my request story yet. ;)lol.
I will give ya a break you can start on request story
whenever you are ready to, eager to see what kind of
story you can throw together. I know it will be amazing
and a masterpiece. Missing ya my friend.

Hope to hear from ya again soon.
Have a great night, got to get some shuteye.
Have a long tiresome day at college tomorrow.
It is finals week.:( yuck. But Christmas vacation
is a plus and always great. Talk to ya later

Night to ya and sweet dreams

My dear cool friend

I ask the question still remains to be asked
and answered, do you still want to write my
story request? I hope that you do, cause I
just know that you have a terrific gift when
you express your ideas on paper and your stories
are evidence of this wonderful phenomena.
I mean if you can not find time lately to write
it yet I understand. If you decide that you do
not want to write the request story either. I
will understand. :D (although it is fair for me
to say,I will be bit sad if you not able to and
always wonder what an awesome story you could have
created.:( So I hope that you do, please let me
know what ya decide. ;)

Really got to go now...the zzzzzzzz catching up
with me, really need to catch up on my sleep.
I need my beauty sleep, don't wanna wake up
dead to the world and a zombie even with help
of caffeine morning fix (pop) lol silly I know.
But that is my morning fix, that morning fix is
chocolate, pop, and some kinda meat. Strange I know.
But I am not much of a breakfast person.

I think this is so neat how we are writing back
and forth, I enjoy being computer pals/pen pals.
It is fun and always anticipate receiving your
friendly emails, ciao for now.

Night my friend

ticklebunny ;)
:bunny: :D

Yet again the time difference twixt Ohio and London leaves me with about two minutes to reply before heading out the door (think work would buy that as an excuse? "Sorry I'm late boss, had to reply on-line to someone far more important than this job?") so typing very quickly, please forgive spelling and grammer oopsies.

Most important thing first, darn straight I want to write that request, figure I'm about a third of the way through and have most of the rest mapped out in my mind. Had to tweak a couple of ideas for pace, otherwise it's going well. Hopefully have it finished for you by the weekend.

Ah, well do I remember the joys *cough* of having to work while going through higher education. For me it was a supermarket job on the weekends which pretty much wrecked any chance of a social life owing to a 6am start Saturday and 7 on the Sunday. Still, it's all good experience and most of the time it was pretty fun.

Secret dark side? Nah, wear your dark side with pride, it's far more fun. :D Scary movies, well, as odd as it sounds, most of the time they just put me to sleep. When a horror flick is done right (I'm thinking Jaws and The Exorcist here) they can be superb, but the usual slasher nonesens just bores me, especially when you can actually count down to the death scene while watching the flick for the first time. Just for some reason I tend to go for the slightly darker moviews as the ones that become re-watched favourites. Maybe it's because they tend to pull better performances from their cast (witness Brandon Lee in The Crow, superb performance and an absolutley tragic loss that he died during filming).

Arghh, gotta get going or my flatmate's gonna start complaining about being late. Have a good day lass, catch ya soon.

ticklebunny 2 said:

I am not gonna punish ya

Nuts... :p

(Edit - many hours later) Yes! Think I've cracked the last plot problem, on course for the weekend providing I don't end up stuck in work on a serious late night dash to a deadline tomorrow. *Grin* I love writing requests, only problem is that my normal nerves that crop up whenever I post something are ten times worse whenever I'm writing for someone else. On the plus side it does mean that if they like the result (and fingers crossed I haven't let anyone down yet) the feeling of 'job well done' is that much stronger.

Hello my awesome friend

I totally know what you mean when you say running late
for work. I have had that problem happen a few times
to myself as well. So it is no problem. I am just happy
that you had taken a few moments to go that extra mile
just to write me a friendly reply back:) That means alot.
(As you noticed I don't have the best grammar and spelling
at times either)so I think I will forgive ya this once lol ;)

I am so HAPPY that you still want to write the request story,
that is terrific glad that the story is coming together in
your mind. I know it is gonna be great:) Love to read it
this weekend be a great de-stresser after horrible finals
week in college. Yet if the story is not finished that is
alright, I can wait great works take patience and time to
begin and complete.;)

So you totally know what I mean when I say I hate my job
at times. I mean I really want to do something important
something special. What talent is needed to seat and greet
people coming in to eat? lol Anyone can do that. My major
was Psychology but realized it would take 5-9 years to
accomplish this career goal I originally had to be a counselor.
So I have changed majors, my major now is going to be
education. I am thinking of either teaching elementary
(1st-3rd grade) or middle school. I am not sure yet.
Have to see what happens. Can't wait til this fall quarter
is over so I can enjoy Christmas vacation. A whole month off!;):)
Hooooooray showing my age I know lol:)

Yes bit strange that you fall asleep during slasher horror
movies, bit surprised that you don't like them. I get what
you are saying though, horror movies do get to be pretty
predictable. I mean the (heroine) woman always makes the
mistake to run away from the villain/monster and flee to
a car. You think the woman would know the car would stall
and is not gonna work. Instead of scrambling out of the
car, she sees the villain getting ready to attack her,
freezes in her seat and screams like a banshee. When what
she should actually be doing is .....breaking out of that
car and running like hell, getting far away and secretly
plotting on how to kill the villain LOL.

Another pet peeve of mine when seeing horror movies..
is whether it is the hero or heroine, he or she always
make the error to go outside searching for monster alone
or staying in that town, when they should leave the town
before the bad guy gets them. Last but not least the corniest
funniest thing that happens in horror movies..(almost every
one of the slasher movies) is adolescent ladies and adolescent
guys making out like no tomorrow....when the killer is on the
loose. (Sorry got to say this: If a monster/killer was coming
after me SEX would be the last thing on my mind. It would
not even be a concern/ question of whether a priority or not.
Sex would be out of the question. Cause the minute there is
making out....unevitable both the guy and lady get slashed
brutually killed. Hate to say this: but hey if the characters
want to be that dumb...it is comical. I would not think it
was comical if it truly happened but hey.....clique of scary
movies. what are your thoughts on this? lol

Guess the question is what ya mean exactly when ya say
that the dark side of a person should be worn with pride?
How far is the dark primitive allowed to exist and thrive?
I mean do you believe that there are boundaries? (certain
limits that should stop dark primitive side and censor it
bit if you will?) I guess just interests me because in
english class all quarter we have talked about rebellion
and conformity.

Last thing I wanna ask your view on.....
What do you think about conformity and rebellion?
Do you believe you should be your own leader-rebel
or do you believe that sometimes it is alright to
follow the social norms and socially accepted behavior
from the crowd-society? Deep question I know, but hey
I never said I was not analytical. I love to ponder
about topics and discuss them. I love to analyze things
and explore the reasons why things happen.

You guessed it I love Psychology, the study of human
behavior. I love knowing what makes people tick,
what values people hold dear, what social/personal
experiences influence a individual's view and
values about life. it is fun;)
:D I think you like psychology too because
you seem to have a curiousity too about why
certain events/things happen. You seem to know
alot about personal interactions between people.
You are also very witty and intellectually stimulating.
(You are great to talk about intellectual studies:
psychology, personal views, have a great sense of humor,
and just a treat to talk to. I enjoy this friendship
that is developing between you and I.

Oh and don't worry if the request story is not perfect.
I am not expecting perfection. Just give it the best
that you got, that is all anyone can ask. That is all
I ask of ya friend;) I know it is going to be wonderful
and I have a feeling I am going to absolutely love it.
So please don't stress too much, just let the words flow.
Don't fret if the dialogue don't flow that is ok, (just
please make sure to mention the characters' inner feelings
and views on what is happening between them and about
things.) that would be excellent. :D :)

I am not going to punish ya by tickling ya. :)
I will be kind.

You have a story to write and you need your enthusiasm
and your mind on that ;) take a deep breath cause I
already know you are gonna do a good job. have faith.:)

Goodnight your tmf post pal

ticklebunny :bunny:

Gah, finals, well exams of any sort really, yeuch. Did my last exam proper three and a half years ago and my was I glad to see the back of ‘em. Which admitadley isn’t the nicest way to say good luck, but hey, you get four weeks off while the rest of us make do with a grand total of two days so thhpppppp ;)

Funny story (well, maybe) – want to know what the overriding impression the USA is from every British person I’ve ever spoken to that’s been over there in the last ten or more years? The attitude of everyone doing ‘service’ jobs. Seriously, it’s such a culture shock to have someone at least pretend to be happy to see you (and your money naturally) and actually seem to care about the service they provide after the miserable so-and-so’s we get on this side of the pond. But I know what you mean, it’s not exactly going to win a Noble prize is it? Funny thing is I probably had the best time of my working life while I was supermarket working, started two days after I turned sixteen and kept working weekends and evenings until I was twenty. And as silly as it sounds, I really think it should be compulsory for everyone to do at least a year of weekend work before they get into the ‘real world’. The number of people I’ve seen some straight out of University or other higher education and just splat into a wall when they realise that education means nothing without the practical skills to use it…. Oh well.

My cousin’s a teacher, working with primary school kids (umm, 5 to 8 years old usually) and she enjoys the job, though the hours are a killer and the pay, frankly, sucks. I must admit I’ve entertained some thoughts myself in that direction but more as a lecturer than a teacher, as dealing with kids just doesn’t personally appeal. Actually, make that other people’s kids, as precious few parents seem to understand it’s their responsibility to raise ‘em right these days.

I gotta say though, if I have to be brutally killed in an amusing yet painful fashion, I think I’d rather go out after having just done the nasty rather than, say, getting hunted down for an hour or so by blood thirsty thingumes from an ill-thought out and poorly plotted dimensional rift doohicky. Besides you just know the guy’s thought process is going “If I can get done really quick I’ve just about got time to say thanks, buckle the pants up and peg it in the opposite direction from that axe waving lunatic who’s slowly lurching in this direction”. I think it’s why I love the Evil Dead series of films (actually number 3 is more a comedy than a horror and well worth a look), the hero’s dumber than a short plank at times, but stays alive by not panicking and avoiding the usual horror cliché’s (plus loping off his own hand when necessary and replacing it with a chainsaw, that’s always a useful thing to do in those kind of circumstances). Actually, now that I think about it, virtually anything that’d be classed as a B-movie I love, Evil Dead, Tremors, Eight-Legged Freaks (yes, I was rooting for the spiders) and of course the grand-daddy of them all, The Return Of The Killer Tomatoes! No, I’m not making that last one up and it’s genuinely a hilarious film (which was also responsible for introducing me to the idea of handcuffs being used for something other than arrests at an age well before I should have been so corrupted. Not that you see anything (no nudity in the flick at all as far as I remember) but…oh just go watch it ;) )

Dark side-wise, hey, it’s just more fun to be evil. Umm, let me put this another way, when asked a truly ridiculous question by the boss (like, can you rewrite our entire web site in the next ten minutes for example) I like to get inventive with my replies, like calculating the mechanics involved in flinging him into the canal under the office window, complete with diagrams. Now we all joke about this of course, everyone finds it funny, but I want that little voice in the back of his mind to be going ‘umm, he might just be serious this time’. It’s like, ah yes, like an Alsatian / German Shepard. They can be the cutest dogs in the world, very friendly and supremely protective of people they consider ‘theirs’, yet while you’re petting them there’s always that thought that starts with “What big teeth it’s got…” and the sure and certain knowledge that the last thing you’re going to do is make any quick threatening movements.

To be serious on the subject for a moment, I suspect you’re talking about something far deeper, to use a rather melodramatic phrase, the demons of our nature, yes? I know this isn’t the ‘correct’ answer in the classical sense, but I honestly believe that at different times in our lives both the better and worse parts of us need to be exercised and that both need to be controlled. Good intentions allowed to run riot without conscious thought and direction can be just as destructive as any physical or mental acts that come from the darker side of our natures, though often we don’t recognise this until after the fact. We, as a species, have a tendency to dwell on our advances, our technology and our achievements and I firmly believe that’s a mistake. Yes, we should be proud of them, but the fact of the matter is that not too far beneath the surface it is in our nature to practically seek out conflict and we need to recognise this as a vital pursuit in and of itself. In our society these impulses tend to be satisfied through competition of one form or another and, sadly, in other areas as well. To prove this theory set up a video camera downtown in any major town or city on a Saturday night and it’s on display for all to see.

Conformity and Rebellion? Oy, you really like to give out the easy questions don’t you lass? :D Okay, I’ll have a stab at it. I think what it comes down to is your own sense of ethics, morals and plain old-fashioned common-sense. I follow the rules, but increasingly see some of the more nanny-state laws we’re getting saddled with over here in the UK as ridiculous and unnecessary. Sadly as the average social responsibility level of the individual drops, as it has in the last few decades, such rules become more and more vital to the stability of society, albeit often at a long-term cost. Thinking back, I’ve never taken a stand against anything in a way that could be considered rebelling by any definition other than the (in my view) overly simplistic “if you’re not with us, you’re against us” sense of the word. My views, opinions and ideology don’t come from any particular political or religious affiliation, but simply from my perspective of what should and should not be, which in turn is usually derived from a simple equation, namely “Who will this hurt?”. Whether that equation is applied on a small or large scale is irrelevant, if it affects anyone other than yourself in a negative way it is up to the individual to asses whether it is worth taking that action. If it does only affect yourself, while acting in a positive manner on others, then the answer as to whether or not to take that action is an obvious one, at least to me.

I could go on at length, but it’d get very, very boring in a hurry so I’ll pull it up there. I think that makes some vague sort of sense, it’s not been edited so that's more or less what you’d get from me if you asked the question in, for example, a classroom setting. Now if only I can figure out how to get both me and my now hideously swollen ego out this door… ;)

Edit - Yes! Finished your request, it should be up in the story forum as we speak.
