THE TICKLING GAMES (F/F)

In a future dystopian society, the female population is required to participate in the Tickling Games. The games are conducted by the National Entertainment Society, a rather innocuous sounding name for a secretive and extremely powerful organization. The Territorial Government has given the Society virtually unlimited power to do whatever is necessary to promote the Games.

The Outer Rim Territory is divided into eight regions. Every year the members of the Society select eight girls from each region to participate in the Tickling Games. They are very careful to locate the most ticklish girls they can find, and the girls who are selected have no option of refusing. Once selected, they are known as the Barefoot Girls. Each girl is assigned a Director, a girl who has participated in the Games in a previous year. The Directors' job is to train and prepare the Barefoot Girls for the Games. Most of these girls have never been tied down and tickled, but the Directors quickly introduce them to that experience. Their training methods are both brutal and effective.

The Tickling Games are broadcast on the state-owned television system, and they are by far the most popular and lucrative product they have to offer. The Society owns the company that produces these shows, known as 4-T PRODUCTIONS. Their motto is simple: "At 4-T Productions, our Barefoot Girls are Tied, Teased, Tickled and Tortured for your viewing pleasure." The girls are usually scantily clad during the games, because that helps the ratings. The Directors select the outfits using the KISS Principle: "Keep It Skimpy and Sexy."

The Regional Games

Each of the eight regions conducts their own Tickling Games, under the direction of the National Entertainment Society. The Society provides specially trained Ticklers, chosen from among the girls who have been regional champions in previous Games. The Tickling Games are conducted with a very enthusiastic studio audience, and broadcast live throughout the territory.

Round One is the introduction. Each of the eight Barefoot Girls is brought out and tickled in a variety of positions - stocks, pillory, rack, X-frame, and anything else the Ticklers want to use. The girls are tickled on the soles of their bare feet, tummy, ribcage, and underarms. This is to let the audience get to know the girls and help the girls get acclimated to the experience of being publically tickled in this emotionally charged environment.

In Round Two the competition gets serious. The eight girls are divided into four pairs. Each pair of girls is tied down and intensively tickled. The ticklers use fingers, feathers, brushes, and any other tickling tools they choose, trying to force the girls to submit. The Barefoot Girls giggle, squirm, laugh, scream, and beg for mercy, but nothing stops the tickle torture except a submission. Each girl is given a Submission Code Word, and the first girl to use her word loses the match. When all four pairs of girls have completed their competition, they are divided into two groups - the four winners and the four losers.

The Punishment Rounds

Round Three is the punishment round. The four losers are brought out, one at a time, then stripped completely naked and tied down in a spread-eagled position. Then the four winners gather around her and administer a sadistic tickle torture session. They are free to tickle their victims any way they want for as long as they want, and the losers have no way to submit or stop the tickling. The crowds in the studio, as well as those watching the broadcast, go wild for these sessions, and the Directors make sure the girls continue the torture for as long as possible.

The four winners receive prizes for their victories, then move on to Round Four. The process is similar to Round Two, with the Barefoot Girls divided into two pairs and tied down so they cannot pull away or protect their ticklish spots. The Ticklers again use a wide range of tickling tools and techniques, and are free to tickle anyplace they want. The girls have a Submission Code Word, but in this round the tickling must continue for a minimum of one hour before a girl can submit. The Barefoot Girls struggle to continue, knowing that at each level the prizes get better and the punishment gets worse. Eventually two of the girls will submit and two will emerge victorious.

Round Five is the second punishment round. Once again the losers are brought out, one at a time, and forced to strip completely nude as the crowd cheers. They are then tied down on one of the tickling devices to await their fate. This time the two winners get to tickle the losers, but they are joined by the Ticklers from the competition. The tickle torture session that follows is lengthy and sadistic, as the camera crews move in for the close-up shots and the audience cheers for the ticklish ordeal to continue.

Round Six is the Championship Round, and the two winners are again tied down and tickled. The Ticklers always save a few surprises for this round, and both girls are tortured out of their minds. The session goes on and on, but all good things must come to an end, and finally one of the girls is forced to admit defeat. The winner is crowned as Regional Champion, receiving both cash and prizes. The loser goes to Round Seven.

Round Seven is the final punishment round. The loser is again stripped naked and tied down. This time all of the other Barefoot Girls gather around her and all seven prepare to join in. Then the champion turns to the audience with a big smile and asks, "What should we do to her?" The crowd's response is always the same: "TICKLE HER!" And they do. The loser is again subjected to a long tickle torture session and the camera crews from 4-T Productions make sure they capture it all for the viewers at home.

It seems like the people never get enough of the Tickling Games. And what of the Barefoot Girls who are forced to compete? Well, they're just tickled pink to take part!

The Tickle Tour

When the eight Regional Champions have been crowned, they are brought together and sent out on a Tickling Tour. By this time the girls have become famous celebrities. They travel to all of the eight regions to put on a Tickle Show, where the eight girls are tied down and tickled for the crowds that attend. Spectators are willing to spend large amounts of money for the privilege of tickling their favorite Barefoot Girl. The purpose of this tour is to build up the excitement for the Championship Games, and there is no doubt that by the time it concludes, tickling fever has spread throughout the territory.

The Championship Games

The Championship Games are held in Central City, the Territorial Capitol. A special studio has been built by 4-T Productions just for this purpose, with a seating capacity of nearly a thousand people, along with state of the art broadcasting facilities. Tickets for the event are always in demand. There are twenty-four special Gold Tickets and forty-eight Silver Tickets, and people are willing to pay obscene amounts of money for them in order to be seated only a few feet from the action.

As the time for the Tickling Games gets closer, the Directors and the Barefoot Girls prepare for the events. Outfits are selected, extra training sessions are scheduled, and each girl gets a special pedicure to ensure that she will be extremely ticklish on the soles of her bare feet. The Director is not concerned about her girl winning the Games. The goal is to make sure that they put on a good show, so that each year the Tickling Games will draw a record number of viewers.

The Opening Rounds

The format of the Championship Games is similar to the Regional Games. In Round One the eight girls are brought out and tickled to introduce them to the crowd. The Society assigns their very best Ticklers to the championships.

In Round Two the Girls are again divided into four pairs for the tickling competition. Once again there are four winners and four losers. Round Three, however, is somewhat different from the Regional Games. The losers are brought out and stripped naked, then tied down for their punishment. But this time the twenty-four spectators who hold the coveted Gold Tickets are invited to come up and join in the tickle torture of the losers. Having paid such enormous amounts of money for this privilege, they want to make it last as long as possible.

The Final Rounds

In Round Four there are two pairs of Barefoot Girls tied down and tickled, and they are required to be completely naked for the remainder of the competition. This is where the Society's elite Ticklers get to show their sadistic skills. By this time each girl's most vulnerable spots have been identified. For one it may be the soles of her bare feet, for another her tummy, for another her toes, and for yet another the area between her legs. The Ticklers zero in with ruthless efficiency as the girls giggle and squirm and beg for mercy.

In Round Five the two losers are punished, and again the Gold Ticket-holders join the winners in the tickle torture session. The girls who have gone through this experience are unanimous in their opinion that the spectators are every bit as effective as the Society's own Ticklers.

And then there were two. The Championship Round is the best of the best for both the Barefoot Girls and the Ticklers, and it is not unusual for the girls to be tickled for several hours before the winner is determined. By the time of the final submission, both girls look like a train wreck, incapable of intelligible thought or speech, and the crowd loves it!

After a short break the winner is brought out and crowned as the new Champion of the Tickle Games. She receives lavish gifts and prizes, and for the next few months she will be the most highly sought after celebrity in the entire Territory.

The Grand Finale

Then it is time for the Grand Finale. As the Champion takes her seat on her special throne, the seven losing Barefoot Girls are brought out. They are still naked, and each one is brought to a special torture rack where they are tied down. The twenty-four Gold Ticket-holders and the forty-eight Silver Ticket- holders are brought up on stage and position themselves by the spread-eagled, ticklish girls. The Champion stands up and looks down at the Barefoot Girls and says, "Tickle Them!"

Roll Credits

As the 4-T Productions logo appears on the screen, the camera pans back to show seventy-two eager ticklers closing in on their seven victims to begin a tickle torture session that will last most of the night. Then the announcer exclaims, "Here at 4-T Productions, our Barefoot Girls are Tied, Teased, Tickled and Tortured for your viewing pleasure!"

C.A.B. - Your skills as both a writer and an artist are greatly respected, and I appreciate your words of encouragement. On the TMF my usual role is as a poster of pictures rather than a teller of stories. However, I was intrigued by the concept of the book "The Hunger Games" and I wanted to see if I could adapt that concept into a scenario that focused on tickling. In a sense, this thread is the introduction to a story. I wanted to show the world in which the Tickling Games are held, and describe the ordeal that the girls face when they are forced to compete. Perhaps at a later time I will return to this world to follow the story of several of the Barefoot Girls and the characters with which they interact.

Lacking your artistic skills, I chose to illustrate this thread with some of my favorite Czech Tickling pictures. I felt that they captured the sense of extreme tickling that is described in the story.

Interesting ideas.

I thought I'd bump this thread; and suggest a variation.

What if, instead of the *winners* of each round going on to the next, the *losers* did? That way, the most ticklish barefoot girls would stay in the games. The winners would either be released with prizes, or recruited as ticklers and trainers for the next games.

The losers would move on to ever more intense tickling, trying to avoid submitting. Ultimately, instead of crowning a winner, there would be the ultimate loser, or small group of losers, who would then be toured around the provinces.
