Here's my pic(s). Seeing as how we tend to be creative (aka lazy) I did mine on the back of a paper plate I had nearby. To make up for not using paper I included a Corgi. Taking pictures with a dog in your lap and holding up a sign isn't easy, and I'm surprised he sat still as long as he did.
You can't see my name in the last pic but the dog stuck his tongue out for whatever reason, so I included it due to the cuteness factor. Pretty sure you're all looking at him anyway.

And one more of the pup. This time he's looking right at you, wondering what you're eating and if he can have it. Or he's just wondering 'dafuq his owner is doing.
