This is pretty neat. Looks like they need some production money to get this off the ground
 
Wow they're going for Xbox and Playstation arcades, very ambitious. I wish them luck and cant wait to play!
 
From a gameplay standpoint it just kind of looks like one of those old Sega CD games nobody played XD.

I feel like if they wanted to make a fetish video, they could have done a choose your own adventure thing, they didn't need to go the extra mile and put it on XBLIG.
 
So this is the same group who did that 'It Came From Space' video that was posted here before. The one where the cute hipster-looking girl got her foot tickled by aliens who wanted to use her laughter to power their ship. Someone in that group is definitely one of us.
 
I'd kick in for this, but there's no way they're getting close to $9,000 for this in 2 months and Indiegogo is different from Kickstarter, if they don't get funded they still get the money, but if they don't hit the goal there's no guarantee of a finished product, either.
 
That's actually not entirely true about indiegogo. They make campaigns register a lot of personal info so if they try to take the money and run they can be tracked down.

Also, if you read the Q&A, they plan on making the game regardless, but would like the budget to produce a higher quality game.

I went to vimeo and put the director's name in the search and found it.

It's at least as pornographic as half the stuff in the vidclip forum. This guy may present himself as a documentary filmmaker, an indie filmmaker, and now a game producer, but he's pretty clearly a fetish video producer.
 
Honestly I love this. I feel like its a step in the right direction for the fetish itself. This is really the first time I've seen something "mainstream" with heavy doses of tickling that wasn't completely creepy.

I think the fact that he has done tickling as a topic for so many different mediums makes it even more obvious. As far as I know the documentary/movie was never made, the indie film was supposed to be extended but never was, and now he's crowdfunding for a video game with no evidence of any programming experience. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
 
If I recall the short indie film was for the 54 Hour Film Fest. Also, the Q&A talks about the documentary.

It also talks about the sexual aspect of the film itself. So I don't think he's lying to his cast.

Although it does appear that someone from the campaign monitors the page, because some of those questions and answered appeared after this thread was started.
