ok, so about the dub progress, the english ones are actually only up to ep 2, however, there is a russian dub that is up to episode 7 lol. soooo... imminent russian dub
 
Gotta agree with that guy on your twitter, her feet were bare and she shoulda gotten them tickled too. I don't know why the japanese are so obsessed with ribs and armpits.

Either way, nice scene and way better than the manga version.
 
opposite situation right here, i just DO NOT have a foot fetish, and side/belly/armpit is the best for me. couldn't be happier that japan goes so much upperbody. i mean on the bright side though the fairytail guy pretty much has all but come out and admitted to having a thing for feet and tickling so its always fun waiting on his releases.

also wow dr stone is also dubbed in spanish apparently. so that means we're gonna eventually see 4 versions of this scene. (Japanese, English, Spanish, Russian)

which is funny considering one of the best tickle scenes from the show is in a filler arc lol
 
Minor thing, but here's a brief self foot tickle scene from Crayon Shin Chan (Chinese dub), where the mom struggles to scratch a mosquito bite on her foot and keeps bursting into laughter. Amazing to me that a series this old still has undiscovered scenes.

It definitely was in the manga. I remember someone even posted the very page weeks before it aired.

lawl?? just watched the russian stone dub and they used the original japanese audio for minami's laughter for the scene. (which, i mean, laughter i guess sounds the same in every language technically haha)

I have good news for you then. This scene is actually consensual. The hypnosis is used only to bind her so she can't move. The girl in this scene enjoys consensual non-consent. The characters aren't in a romantic relationship but she's certainly not being tickled maliciously or aggressively. It's pretty wholesome.
