Not 100% sure, but apparently this scene slipped through the cracks here last year. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, to the best of my knowledge it was never posted.

This is a rare gem in that the dubbed version sounds better and more natural, in my opinion.

How many times has their been an anime scene with belly tickling [actual belly, not the just the sides of it] that was done by actual hands [not robot hands] ?

From what I recall... Zero times. I find that just freaking weird.

Beggars can't be choosers, you gotta take what you can get with this fetish. There's really not enough foot tickling scenes either, it's mostly just sides or armpits. Or if you're particularly unlucky, you get those weird scenes where they tickle the face and ears.

Well, of course, and there's plenty of other art, too. But I was talking about tickling scenes you get in anime in general.
 
Found these from a manga called "Please Don't Bully Me, Nagatoro", two tickling moments involving the main characters.

The first page is the main protagonist being tickled by Nagatoro (f/m)
The next pages are a long tease of Nagatoro about to get tickled, unfortunately, no actual tickling happens. (m/f)

I said it because it's something no one else mentioned and is just plain weird. Commissions are great, but it would have been nice if anime had good tickling scenes so I wouldn't have to pay others to do it.
