Janel Parrish, is an actress best known of the show "Pretty Little Liars". There was a Q and A with her and a co-actor she works with. He was asked if he was ticklish, but she also answers the questions. She talks about how her feet are really ticklish when she gets pedicures. The question is around the 45 second mark.
