Unable to view a profile using right click

I used to be able to right click my mouse on a username in the chat room user list and immediately bring up his or her profile. Somehow this no longer works. I'm using Chrome on a Windows 7 computer. It must be a setting somewhere. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Never mind. I found the problem. It had to do with pop up blocking. I allowed popups on the TMF. Problem solved. Picky, picky... sigh...
