Not sure if this has been done before on the TMF but here goes:

Make up a complete blatant untrue piece of bullshit but make it sound factual

For example:

In Abu Dhabi it is illegal for females not to be topless whilst out in public

or

The inventor of the anagram passed away last night in his sleep, may he erect a penis

You get the idea, now go forth and enlighten us with your factoid knowledge
