Has anyone else noticed that YouTube is awful now? All that comes up these days are duplicated videos. Any search tips?

Youtube has sucked ever since Google bought it and introduced Safety mode, it's so damn annoying.

Well the one I did like that happened when Google bought it is the copyrighted clips don't stay up long. Of course anyone who is tech savvy knows how to save clips off of Youtube. No I don't do it, but I know how and no I won't tell you.

I'll tell you, you can save clips from Youtube by using a Chrome plugin like this one: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/...ofessi/elicpjhcidhpjomhibiffojpinpmmpil?hl=en

Or using a downloader website like this one: http://keepvid.com/

But that wasn't even the question.

OP, forget Youtube. Use these sites to search for videos, to name three:

www.pornmd.com
www.dailymotion.com
www.myvideo.de

Oh and sharing copyrighted content is wrong, so don't do it.

I surely wished that many of the renfaire tickling videos(amongst other tickling videos[beach, game show,animal/human foot ticklings/licklings) that once frequented YouTube and the other sites in the early 00s(2000s) were back on-line,since there was an awful lot of great stuff there(before the canelli faires banned the filming of the public ticklings in latter years) before YT and the other sites took them down and we surely could use both a return of the old favorites(before they completely disappeared) and some newer tickling content videos/clips just to freshen things up on the lies of YT,DailyMotion, and MyVideo.

Don't use the youtube search bar for that it's useless. Once you find a video that's interesting check all the related videos in the right hand side, and go to the uploader's page and look at their other videos, who they might subscribe to or favorite, etc.

This is very sound advice. I find youtube inexcusably ridiculous, surely in this age of hi-tech computer genius there would something built into youtube that would be able to recognise a precise duplicate upload?!

Are the duplicates uploaded by actual people or bots?

I don't know if it's just tickling or fetish material or whether duplicates affect all sorts of videos like general news reports, music etc - is it just a way of trying to get hits? Or putting a vid up that might attract paid ads?

I don't get it, and therefore I don't use youtube much anymore. Another aspect of life designed by humans that has since become too clever for humans to control.

YouTube still has alot of good clips but dailymotion is a gold mine. I highly recommend you check it out. Alot of great and full length clips on there. Pornhub is good as well.

This is something I've wondered for a while. If it's the same people uploading the same videos, then why doesn't YouTube just ban their IP and be done with it? Makes you wonder if it's bots doing it.

But yeah, typing things like 'tickle', 'tickling', 'ticklish', etc. into YouTube is pretty much pointless these days. You may come across a gem every so often, but it's mostly just duplicates for vids we've seen hundreds of times before. You could also try typing 'tickle' and other variations of the word in other languages ('chatouilles', 'kitzel', 'cosquillas' for example), but sadly the French, German, and Hispanic don't seem to upload tickling videos very often.

That said, Daily Motion rarely seems to have any new clips uploaded, as every time I've checked I've mostly just found the same videos that were on there the last time I visited the site and MyVideo mostly seems to have the same vids that YouTube has (just not duplicated 50 times).

You can use boolean operators to refine your search parameters to omit the mass uploaders/bots or anything else you do not want to see.
If you search tickle and get 30 re-uploaded videos from generic123 just add -generic123 to your search query and those results should be removed.

Below is a query to remove two mass uploaders from my search request for tickle who showed up around 1 pm est.
Youtube Search Box= tickle -parinday -"Marco Garza"
URL String= www.youtube.com/results?search_sort=video_date_uploaded&search_query=tickle+-parinday+-"Marco+Garza"

Use quotes around any name which has a space in it so Youtube sees it as one parameter.
