It seems that he is ticklish, regarding a few images i found while browsing around :) :

Prince William tickling children at Uluru, Australia after being asked if he was ticklish, to which he replied “Yes, I am.”

Oh Thanks for this, I've always loved the fact Harry and William are ticklish! The picture is awesome, it even says "Charles is tickling William in the ribs" in the caption! By the way, I remember reading years ago that William has super ticklish feet too, and that he used to get tickled a lot by his university friends :)
 
Thats strange actually..I'm very sorry, but I honestly don't really know what to do about it..maybe someone else is able to help you?

That's not him, but the illusion is remarkable. Especially Kate's doppelganger. =)
