Oh wow, this comic is simply amazing! I love it & it just gets better & better. I love that final page with the wall! What a torture for those very unruly patients! I love it & hope to see more from you buddy

The graphical work is excellent, but your English needs a lot of improvement. You've got basic spelling well in hand, but there aren't any idioms contributing to a feeling of authenticity, and your grammar is not up to par. Writing in a language with which you are not fluent is difficult to pull off successfully; it's very ill-advised. I'd personally enjoy it much more if it were in your native language, even if I don't speak it; it would feel more "real" to me, assuming the progression of images were enough to keep the story going (and it looks like it is, the graphics are quite detailed and well-done).
