Sick of idiots posting my content

Completely Honest

Before I post my opinion I want everyone to understand I'm not looking to get into a huge battle words or upset anyone I'm just posting my opinion.

I'm looking at things from both sides on one hand as a business person it's really stinks, because people will stop buying clips knowing that there is free stuff on youtube, dailymotion, and other free video sites. I've seen stuff posted on youtube, dailymotion, and other free video sites the next day of being made available for purchase.

On the other hand as a customer it's really great you can get the clips you want and watch them for free.

I hope there is something that can get done so that everyone is happy in the end.

Thank you,
LBFT

I can understand some people wanting things for free, but Tickle Abuse offers the best deal going. One low monthly fee gets you access to ALL of the clips he's produced! You're not going to find that with almost any other producer, and its why he's the most successful company going. It's things like this that drive the good producers out of business, either by finances or by choice.

If someone steals a car, then gives it to you for free, is it ok to keep driving it? Is it still wrong for you to drive it because it's stolen, or are you just a lucky consumer who got something for free instead of having to pay for it?

Is there some way that you film makers can embed a digital tip jar, like in the corner of your video?

That way, even if your clip is pirated, some people might send you money.

As an aside, am I the only one here that finds it a little sketchy that models who exclusively did tickle clips are getting in trouble when these things are posted on porn sites or file sharing sites and someone they know or work with manages to innocently 'stumble upon' it.

"There I was, wanking myself into a coma when I happen to 'stumble upon' Debbie from accounts getting tickled to orgasm on an x-frame. Needless to say I felt duty bound to bring this to the attention of HR, once I'd cleaned myself up and deleted my browsing history..."

LOL!

But, they can recover your browsing history, unless you go to extremes....

I dont get what people get out of this. I guess just dont make it downloadable anymore?

I have not read through this entire discussion so forgive me if my question's already been answered:

Isn't there a way for the likes of Tommy and Addie to code their videos so they can only be viewed by paying customers, as opposed to copied/posted elsewhere? With all the sensitive information stored electronically these days, I can't believe such a level of security does not exist.

In short. No.

No content control system that has ever been tried has survived more then 72 hours after release before being defeated. The net result of such programs tended to be annoying the hell out of customers that bought it, by locking content to one device, being complicated to use, and so forth.

The reality of digital media is a very simple one. Once turned into lines of code it's virtually impossible to lock it up. If Sony and Time Warner can't stop it no tickling producer will.

Myriads

I used to dream of being a huge tickle site and making a big impact in the community. But after seeing how much material from the big companies (I count Tickle Abuse as being the biggest) is being pirated, I am happy to be a very small fish as far as tickling video producers go. The amount of content pirated is staggering if we are talking sheer numbers. I have managed to find a select few of my videos on Pornhub and youtube (The latter of which has gotten worse in my opinion when it comes to enforcing copyright and content) and on other file sharing sites and of course it irks me. I spend a lot of money to make the videos and put a lot into them. But I cannot imagine seeing my videos being pirated every single day on a variety of different sites. It is unfortunate. And there is no easy answer for the problem. It is a very multifaceted problem, I anticipate it will get much worse before it gets better.

This.

While I don't support piracy, too often we see misdirected hostility over it. While I can understand and agree with the frustration expressed by producers, it makes no sense to me for producers to lash out at people simply for viewing the wrongfully posted material. In his opening post, Tommy more rightfully directs his wrath where it belongs....at those who post it, rather than those who view it.

Props to xionking for recognizing the difference.

I see your what you're saying. Some of that anger is misdirected. You can't put all the blame on the people that view the videos for free. But the people that pirate videos wouldn't keep posting them if people didn't keep watching. So both sides are guilty to a point.

Oh please. It's not as if they write me one message complimenting me and go on their freeloadin' way. They want to chat with me FOREVER and become best buds.

Dont mean to rain on ur parade but nobody wants to be ur best bud. They want to tickle u. At the end of the day, you're a porn star right? A respectable one too. Porn stars have fans who for the most part are respectable too, so just say thanks and dont confuse men's motivations like we r leeches dying for your attention.

If you r unhappy with being bombarded with messages from men, then leave the industry, and attempt to not insult your fans who watch your videos in the process.

Btw, hows the sugar daddy business going?

Well, do you guys relentlsly chat with Tickle Abuse? Or the other guy-owned sites? I'd say Addie has a point there.

This is the first exchange of words Ive shared with any tickle model ever....and it's a little underwhelming.

Addie works hard within the industry, I get that. Allz the point Im trying to make is, if you (talking to Addie) dont want to wind up serving customers at walmart, or uprooting your career (nice choice of words) and having to find another line of work, have some damage control. Be grateful for your fans, not annoyed by their attempts to engage you. And you might go, well it was just one remark you made that isnt a represntation of your true feelings, but the dog eat dog world of social media don't care. It only takes one misspoken comment to change fan's views. Be happy that people enjoy your videos, not pissed off because a selection of those videos appeared on pornhub. The same with tickleabuse, if you want to fight the issue, investigate the source, track down the culprits and persecute accordingly. Dont vent your ill feelings on the forum full of people that helped you get on your feet by purchasing your videos.

if you look at it to another point of view, even if they manage to shut down one site, there is still going to be more sites that will have them example: dailymotion, youtube, vimeo etc etc. not to mention the person who is incharge of the website, might not be able to be contacted or want to remove the clip, and even if the clip does get removed, im sure another person will upload the same clips weeks after. there's nothing you can really do, even if you do find a solution to remove it, it will appear back on the web eventually, I've seen many new clips from tickle abuse, manage to get on pornhub right away, even a few of addies clips.
you can get mad all you want, but the fact is, its gonna be online no matter what you do. not to mention im pretty sure everyone who has purchased the clips, will eventually upload it to.

Why would people who purchase clips inherently post them to a file share site or pornhub?

Why would people who purchase clips inherently post them to a file share site or pornhub?

Mainly because theyre dipshits. For instance, I seen a T/A video labeled as ASMR on Youtube...

If that individual (which I know is on TMF) sees this, I want you to know youre a dipshit.

In the discussions of piracy, there are two totally different beliefs shared by folks on either side of the debate, and both sides are wrong, and refuse to see these facts,
no matter what words you use, no matter how you phrase them, no matter what language you type them in. It'd be easier to convince the abortion crowd of something....

1. The producers look at all the views the pirated clips get, assume that every view (or most) translate to lost sales, and their blood boils as they run the
numbers in their head. "$11,000 lost for ONE clip!! All these other clips combined..aarrgghhhh, I could have bought a house with all that money!!!" Their eyes are going
"Cha-ching! Cha-ching! as they do the calculations, and the rage grows.

The reality is, the vast majority of those guys will NEVER, buy those clips, even if they had a fat bank account. They just download and/or watch everything that's there,
and if it wasn't there.....they'd go look at some other porn somewhere else. They will NEVER, yank out the credit card, go to clips4sale, press the 'buy clip' button...etc.
I knew nurses who were bored at work, and would download mainstream movies, TV series. They'd download everything, and most of the time, delete most of it to download more stuff!
They wouldn't even watch what they downloaded most of the time. They'd download the entire series of Sex and the City...they're not EVER going to watch that! They'd download
Solomon Kane....he watched it...said it was okay...deleted it to get something else...but he'd NEVER pay a penny for it!

2. The pirates believe that the producers are having a blast making those clips, and should be doing it for free, because it's so fun! And the models should show up for free!
I mean, they're getting tickled! Who doesn't want to get tickled! It's like the baker at the deli at the supermarket - They're having so much fun making all those cakes, why
do they want to get paid?!! They're making cool ass cakes, bro!

Like they don't have bills to pay, studio or apartment rent to pay, food to buy, movies to watch, their own porn clips they'd like to purchase, with money, plus supplies for future clips,
important things like pantyhose, lights, pantyhose, rope, feathers, more pantyhose, etc. And the models will just give up their time, spend their own money on gas, work all day, then
get...nothing. If you asked these guys if they'd work all day on their jobs and not get paid..."Dude, my boss better be paying me while I walk to the time clock to clock out! He better pay
me when I'm pissing in the toilet, or talking to my girlfriend in the storage room...or on the work floor ignoring the customers!! Every last penny!"

One thing to ponder: Avengers - Age of Ultron has so far grossed $456 Million, Avengers 1 made $623 Million, Mad Max made $150 Million, small good movies did well, etc. etc. ...well
past the age of rampant piracy. What gives...shouldn't these all have made $0, or maybe $100,000? People will still pay for quality.

I have bought many tickle clips because they were excellent.
And boy have I got burnt many times, sadly. Just recently, I bought two clips, one from Simply Tickling for about $6, the other from...another company, not Tickle Abuse or Addie, for
about $15. The clip from Simply Tickling, the little company that could, and will soon be the big company if he keeps it up, was excellent, had a real life ticklish model with beautiful
laugh...still waiting for some more suntan sheer toe nylons, but I certainly got my money's worth with those black pantyhose.
The other clip seemed to have a good story, and it did. And it SUCKED. Shitty tickling, fake ass laugh...just crap. I watched it once (it was a chore with the bad acting),
haven't watched it since, and will probably delete it next time I go through my files to clean up my computer. And it cost more than the better clip with the laughing girl
having a good time. The producer got my money, so I can critique. I'll be buying more of Simply Tickling clips, plus any other clips that are great from whoever...Turtleboy, Czech Tickling, etc.

But as I mentioned in an earlier thread...those revolving circle of models, most who aren't ticklish....if the girl is faking it in the first series of videos....by the time her 27th clip comes out,
she'll STILL be faking it, and won't even be trying to do a half ass job of faking it anymore....

Wow. I don't have all day to respond to most of the idiocy that's been posted here, so I will simply offer my opinion. The term "Pirate" for these scum suckers should not be used because of the romantic attachments to the term. "Parasites" is a more genuine and appropriate nickname.

They will be the death of niche-fetish porn (bondage, foot, tickling, spanking, ballooning, etc).

Something I haven't seen addressed but just came to mind since there is yet another thread here on the TMF from someone posting their "favorite" photos ...

As I have been at this since the 1980s I know a lot of the photos being put up here on the forum are either sold as sets on websites, or are featured in magazines (or in some cases even still images from videos). It's not the amateur images that I am pointing out. These photos came from places that were selling tickling or foot fetish content. I know that numerous images showing up for free here on the TMF I paid money for in the past, either because it was in a magazine I had, from a video I bought, part of a set I bought or content from a website that I had to pay a monthly fee to utilize.

So, I paid $$ for these images, and the original generator paid $$ to create them to sell. And here they are on the TMF for free yet not provided by the original creators of the property (who could give them away here if they so chose). And that's just the fetish stuff; I'm not even talking about the celeb images that were paid for & shot for a specific licensing purpose. Just the fetish related still images. Drew70 has his own image subform here for magazines he scanned in. I guess I never needed to buy them - I just needed to have patience.

Further, I myself have posted such images without a care in the world.

Take away the video aspect of the fetish content; what exactly is the TMF's role in this, and what are our individual roles? It doesn't cease to be piracy or a copyright violation just because there is no movement within the content or because a producer of content hasn't demanded in writing that the material be taken down. Are we idiots, idiots one and all?

Something I haven't seen addressed ...

Speaking for myself, I don't care who keeps or reposts my work as I put it out there for free. As a matter of Law in the U.S., 'copyright' is grated automatically on produced materiel (written, photographed, drawn or otherwise). But how the copyright owner chooses to act on those rights is what is in play. I have no issues as long as someone doesn't try to alter my work and claim it as their own... which would be just downright stupid in this small community. But I can't speak for Jim or B.A.C. that have tried to keep a lid on posted works because they were selling and want to keep distribution proprietary. That sounds like more than a full time job.

As for photos and what not, again, its up to the owners on how heavy handed they want to be. Some don't care. Some see it as promotion. And some try to keep a lid on things.

Again, the down side of the internet is: once you upload, its out there, and a bitch to put that genie back in the bottle... if at all.

Photo's are different IMHO because every video up for sale has preview pictures. Artwork is different as well. I agree tho CAB, but unfortunately for whatever reason Drew's scan are gone.
