Sick of idiots posting my content

I am kind of surprised that it took you this long to start taking action about it. Dude, your videos have been free on pornhub, dailymotion and youtube for ages.

I thought the owner of ticklervideos closed his website down ages ago.
 
Basic morality of the issue aside, from a mechanical standpoint, ANY digital content uploaded to the internet is out there. Period.

It is ridiculous naivety to believe one can stopper the genie once its out of the bottle. But I'm sure many have vainly tried.

That site is shut down still, he still uses stolen cc's to join my site and others. American cc's

I just feel like pointing out, pirating from top record companies can hurt people... it'll hurt the little man. Top execs don't want to lose money so someone that works in making the cds might get fired, someone that works in some cd factory... I don't know what they'd be called... the people that package the cds, and duplicated the cds... they don't make big money, and could lose their job because of piracy (you don't just record a cd and then poof it's at the store... it's a whole lot bigger process than that.)
 
I feel bad for the producers on this, especially guys like Tommy who make it VERY affordable. He's got one of the best deals out there, yet people still take advantage.

Having said that, CAB made a lot of sense.

It would be a Herculean task to get everything taken down from all of the sites. This is, for good or evil, the world we live in.
 
Almost. Akes one reminisce for the old days of mail order and VHS. Still have my collection of forbidden tapes in the attic, married almost 20 years and she has no idea they even exist. I will occasionally browse pornhub.com for old material, I think there's 2 of nob Marshalls worldwide tickling vids on there and a few sporadic cal star titles. I'm praying one day I'll stumble on some old tickling holly gems... I was stationed in Korea when her stuff was on the way out and kicking myself for not ordering then.

I am about to hire someone to do just this. One person whose job is to find and submit DMCA complaints could make a huge difference.

One of my models who still wants to work but not participate in videos is one candidate. If anyone here thinks they can do it, PM me. I will in real money or videos lol.

I've never uploaded videos but I do visit pornhub for clips. but Yes, TA videos get produced by him and the next day or the day after they're pretty much on there. The thing I have noticed is that Most users that post tickling content and privatize some videos, and then post in their profiles that they would only accept friend requests(hence being able to access those private videos) from other people who have videos. So this might entice people to upload some clips, in the hopes of gaining leverage to friend requests others and have more access. That, in addition to the thousands of clips that are not privatized. It's a huge problem, and unfortunately, it's a 2 way street, you're fighting a battle with people who visit these sites and watch free stuff as well.

I've commissioned 2 customs clips from you, as well as buying regularly from C4S, but also visit pornhub. It's not black and white, so good luck in your fight, because if it drives the content quality down, that would be unfortunate
 
Why is it that some video companies get hit really hard and others do not? Tickle Central is everywhere, which makes sense since I'm pretty sure he stopped producing. Same goes for Tickler In Black. Tommy, you get hit, which makes sense because you're the best in the business.

I rarely, however, see clips from Shy and Wild or FTKL. Do they have a secret? How do they keep their clips safe?
 
So non-paying "customer" who watch tickling clips will most likely go to any site that has the most tickling clips. So what if that site was a mix of a "tube" with free stuff and a clip store? Some producers could probably put up some of their older material for free - or newer material for a limited period. Or edited versions - longer than previews. And traditional previews for clips bought on the site.

And if there are so many pirate sites which stream content, one would assume that the traffic was worth more that the cost.
 
As you may know, we have a new pirate who posts your stuff... sometimes within hours of you posting something. I would not doubt if 80% of your catalog is available on their site. I would venture to say the pornhub posters get your stuff from the pirate site then post it on pornhub.
 
Meh, at least the streaming sites allow us to actually view the clip for free, which helps us verify if its good or bad. No offense to any producers out there, but every one of u have produced some real shitty videos.

And for the record, even though I watch the videos for free on those streaming sites, if I like them I will pay for them aftewards. I have paid for my entire library, which kinda sucks because some of it was a waste of money.
 
hmmmm... competing producers pirating each others work and posting them to dilute the other's profits?

....nah.... too Machiavellian.
 
There was one producer who was contributing to a blogger's site with my content, so it is not out of the question.
 
I commissioned a custom clip from Catherine Foxxx, which is now on Pornhun. This really pi**ed me off.
 
This may sound bad, but it's your fault for telling them that these clips will only be posted on tickle related sites, and probably their fault for believing you. It's the internet, anything you post, you should expect to be posted on thousands of sites. Is it right? No, but it's reality. And if you make such promise to them, you should be personally be responsible for removing it from thousand sites.

So...he is responsible for reversing a (minor) criminal offence that he is the victim of?
 
MrT, he is responsible for using common sense and assuming that if he posts a clip ANYWHERE on the internet, that clip will be posted on multiple sites. And if he PROMISED models that it will only appear on one site, it's up to him to correct it and stand up to his promise

I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you, or anyone else. I'm a significantly smaller Producer in this community. Some may not even consider me a player in the game, but I have seen a sharp decline in sales Over the years and, even worse, ads that used to get me a dozen potential tickle models rarely ever get me ONE. Due to our proximity, I've worked with a handful of models with whom you've worked. They all loved the experience, but they all said they hope the images go where they are intended. I'm all for progress, but it almost seems as if technology on the internet is growing more quickly than we can keep up with. And with no real regulation, what's yours becomes fair game and that's a real shame.
Sorry, I don't have any solution, but your post made me want to say something.
