Why does anyone post my videos on pornhub and other sites, what the hell do you get out of it? I am telling you will soon get something out if you will not like. I am reaching my limit of tolerance, I am even considering asking my attorney to figure out a way to sue anyone who does. Why? I don't care so much about the money, though I lose some through piracy, it doesn't concern me much. But models who years ago I promised that my content will only be posted on tickling relevant sites lives are now being affected by assholes posting my content anywhere and everywhere. A few models in particular send me links weekly and I am sick of this. Some models think it may even be me posting my videos for advertising purposes. You are making me look bad which I take personally. You make the tickling community look bad as well, I take that personally too. It may or may not be possible to subpoena file sharers, some have tried in the past with mixed success. I am no longer going to let it slide, be prepared. I would however give plenty of notice before I decided to make a move, my goal isn't to punish even the file sharers, I just want this shit to end.

Through my and other producers' efforts, his sites kept coming down. Now he has a method that is difficult. I would insist that anyone who visits his site stop doing so.

There are people interested in his massive credit card fraud, his days are numbered. So if you visit his site, you may not want to risk it any longer.
 
Isn't pornhub a legit site though? Wouldn't they have a report copyrighted material button or something?
 
You're about as big as a tickleporn company gets/has gotten before, why not contact them and see if you can work out a scenario where they'll give you a kind of 'Kill Switch' to remove videos without the DMCA process? On PornHub, anyway, as far as like YouTube or any smaller sites I've no idea.

Sure that may be possible but the point is that I shouldn't have to do that in the first place.

I don't know what to tell ou, bossman. Between the 15 year old who wants to beat off to some feet tickling but doesn't have a credit card to some dweeb who thinks he's playing Robin Hood by hosting clips from 'greedy and bad producers' there's a thousand different reasons why people would post them. I make shitty amateur videos with a Handicam and have had a girl I've shot with told me her boss found it. I couldn't tell you what goes through peoples heads.
 
I never understood that either. What does someone get out of posting copyrighted material? They are not getting paid, so what is the damn point? It cracks me up when I see posters on this forum say "Why pay for anything when I can get tickling content for free?" and constantly ask for clips of tickling related material. You will always have those who feed off of stuff, no matter the moral dilemma.

But what do the people who post get out of it? Seriously. I hope Tommy and whatever other producers put a stop to it, or at least slow it down. They have no regards for the models, producers and legitimate fans with this stupid behavior.

Very true, no regard. I have a model who may lose her job over it. Now she did many videos and signed a model release, she understood that the video would be posted on my site and would be advertised on TMF. This was years ago and there was not nearly as much file sharing as there is now, nobody posted tickling content on pornhub.

I've always been curious as to how people 'just stumble across' videos of employees and friends in the first place.
 
Main thing I wanted to say is: I'm pretty sure none of you is crystal clear. You've probably downloaded (from illegal sources, like torrents or so) a computer game, new MS Office, a DVD rip of a movie, a serial key, an e-book or an mp3 file you should've paid for one day. And if you did, complaining on people sharing files on pornhub makes you hypocrites.

Anyway, as much as I feel TA (because copyright infringement is definitely bad), I don't think there's much to do. People will always do such things. You may delete a clip 1000 times and someone will still post it for the 1001st time. Especially if you represent a well-known company. You just have to get used to it.

I've wondered the same thing...ESPECIALLY a niche video like Tickling.

There are, at this point, at least hundreds of thousands, if not millions of porn clips out there.
Hell, I've scanned a great many tickling and pantyhose clips, have never seen one person I've ever met, ever...and have also, being in this "world," never
"stumbled onto," say, a clown fetish or other strange fetish area, though I know they exist.

Those models should really just throw it back in their bosses face (okay, they'd probably lose their jobs quicker...) but seriously, I'd be like,
"Uhh....SO...you have a tickle fetish! That's so cool! I can't wait to tell everybody!" or
"So, how'd you run into that clip again..out of the millions of porn clips on the internet?" or
...gosh, SO many ways they could have fun with that, if they know they are getting fired.

I'd also throw out the wonderful phrase, in our hyper offended/militant-feminist/"rape culture" whatever world we live in..... SEXUAL HARASSMENT!

For those who are cool with piracy, in our world, it's a bigger impact because of the size of the business:

You steal a music file from a huge record company.....they make millions of dollars, they'll be pissed..but they still make millions, they can deal with it.

You steal from an independent movie company.....okay, now you're cutting into profits of a company that has a harder time eating the loss.

You steal from a small tickle producer who may sell a few clips each and losses money, breaks even, or makes a small profit (yes, folks, profits are good,
otherwise, our economy wouldn't exist.).....okay, he may go out of business.

Then when folks like me and others ask them to make pantyhose/nylon clips, (or whatever other request fans may ask for) because we'll buy them if we're interested
in that clip...the producers can't afford the model, or the time, to bother making said clip.

Exactly! How did the "boss" find out? It appears that the boss may have some interesting links in their internet history too. Unfortunately, for the model once it's on the internet it's probably out there forever. We had an unfortunate situation at my job. Someone anonymously informed my employer that a co-worker of mine had his own BDSM fetish website. They considered it "un-company-like" behavior and almost terminated him. He was forced to take down the site and go to counseling as a remediation. There are few fragments of the site left but it's pretty much gone. The models may ask Tommy to take down their clips which would be a shame.

The piracy is ridiculous and it needs to stop.
 
You'll never stop people from sharing clips, even posting it to websites.
The big issue here are sites like that ticklnigvideos, that are literally posting everything producers put out for free. You have to go after the big fish.

I've spoken to Tommy about something similar. I know one of the models he has worked with. But I haven't brought up to her peronsally. Why? I don't know. Maybe because I'm a good person. :shrug:

It's piracy, plain and simple. Just like movies, music and other stuff on pirate sites. I used to lurk around such sites when I was in school, sites like Dailymotion, Filestube, Pornhub and some others, because I didn't have a job, didn't have a credit card and didn't have the nerve to ask my parents for more money. And people who upload copyrighted tickling videos on these sites are sort of doing poor saps like me a favour, kinda like Robin Hood. Because $10 for a 9-10 minute clip may not be much to ask for some, but for others $10 worth of food can get you through a few days when you're broke. Especially if a studio doesn't bother to add a preview to the clip to show you exactly what you're buying (which often irritates me).

I have no need for it now, since I have a job and am doing well enough to afford loads more content than I used to. Back then I didn't know any better, so I didn't really care. Now I sympathize with producers and buy their clips if I like them. I sympathize with Tommy in this regard, I buy his clips when I find something to my liking, but the issue with "robin hood" types posting your stuff on Pornhub and elsewhere is piracy at its core. It's no different than Piratebay. It's difficult to fight it.
 
sadly people don't care in this world about where they post stuff. If they can post it so people see it for free they will, which is wrong but there hard to catch ya know?
 
I didn't realize that they were pirated. I for one will no longer access pornhub or any similar site.

Not that hard. Honestly I don't want to go after anyone, I just don't want my videos posted where they don't belong. It is hurting my models, my reputation. I can deal with it hurting my wallet.

You might want to ask Darth Sidious (the user on here, not the Sith Lord) for some legal tips. He's the producer of Stryker Entertainment and he's quite fierce when it comes to copyright and keeping his stuff out of piraters' hands. You hardly ever see Stryker clips on free clip sharing sites.
 
I think I remember Sidious making some big post about how he was redoing his whole process of clip selling production and made it so he could tell which video came from which person. Maybe changed the file size ever so slightly for each video. I don't remember exactly

Maybe if you DO get that authority from pornhub you can find someone here that you trust that could do that for you. I understand that its a matter of principle that you shouldn't have to do it, but im sure there are people on here that would gladly volunteer to do it for you. You're a pillar of this community.
