The correct answer is C) Observe it.. Many insects are beneficial and I have found simply watching them for a bit to be very helpful. Bugs that eat plants dont waste a lot of time doing anything but eating so if your mystery bug is aiming to hurt your plant he will be munching or sucking on it very shortly.
