This is a Science Fiction story. It's bizarre. I hope you will read parts 2 and 3 to understand the story in its entirety. 
Millions of miles away... far above us through the stars is a planet yet discovered. It is called Planet Feeties.
On this Planet lives an entire population of disembodied feet. They survive only because of the twinkling, hovering stars surrounding their ankles. Magic... maybe.
They communicate with each other by way of morse code. They lay on their sides or sit on their heels and will tap out their messages by their toes... onto the receivers toes. When one is sad they will tap very slowly... or extremly fast and hard when they are angry. But when they are sexually excited and need 2 reproduce... their toes will stroke the receivers arches... Now... this is an odd way to reproduce as the stroking also tickles the receiver at the same time. But through the millions of years of evolution the tickling itself excites them. Some though do not like this... and the surrounding Feeties will gang up on the unwilling Feetie and hold the receiver still. One will hold down the toes with their own toes... while another with its toes holds onto the heel of the receiver. When they are sexually excited enough (and tickled long enough) they orgasm... this is invisible to the naked eye... but this can be seen when the Feetie will slowly begin to shake more and more. Usually the biggest toe is used for the stroking and tickling. Sometimes all toes are used. And even sometimes the gang of feeties will tickle the receiver using all of their toes combined. The receiving Feetie always is forced to orgasm under these circumstances.
When orgasm has occured... the surrounding stars will light up brighter. And one little star will push itself away from the others and fall lightly to the ground. It will dig itself in and remain for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks a new feetie grows under the soil. And after 2 months, it will slowly, sole side up, start raising from the ground. The feetie now full sized...will eventually pop itself out from the ground and usually land on its sole. It usually rains on Planet Feetie once a day. Thus ensuring the Feeties are always clean and soft before they pop. Now, in some areas of the planet the Feeties are still sparse... and just before they are able to pop themselves out of the ground... a seperate Feetie or 2 or 3 Feeties will come along... and begin tickling the still trapped Feetie. Even though the now mature Feetie is ready to pop itself from the ground. If a still trapped Feetie is stroked and tickled before it pops out... its orgasmic star goes directly into the ground to begin life immedietly. This occurence pushes the mature Feetie to pop itself out as soon as orgasm has occured. Note: Sometimes a blade of grass is plucked between their toes to use to tickle the receiver. Grass does grow in areas of the Planet. This is a sign of the Feeties intelligence.
The Feeties also will pair off with each other. The will sleep together and snuggle together during the day. And when night time begins... they awaken... and will hop here and there... searching for the right Feetie to tickle or be tickled by. There are no defining Genders of The Feeties. Not Male nor Female. They just are.
They even dance together. The stars above them will make music for them when they have reached their highest state of happiness. This usually happens after orgasm has occured. The music would resemble that of human made music boxes on earth. The stars will rebrighten and cast the happy, dancing Feeties in a white glow. This reignites the cycle for reproduction. The Feeties with the brightest glow is usually the first sought after.
Fighting DOES occur. 2 fighting Feeties will tap furious messages onto each others toes. Again, sitting up on their own heels. Some are bigger than the others so standing as tall as they can is of itself a form of Dominance. If this does not dissuade the fighting feetie looking for Dominance over the glowing Feetie in question... they will poke at each others arches. This eventually will result in one of the feeties becoming ticklish... and force the most ticklish to give up. This provides the Dominant Feetie to pair with the brightly glowing Feetie. While the Feetie whom lost the fight is fodder to be ganged up upon and forced into ticklish orgasm.
The structure of this planet and species is fascinating!! And I am the only Astronomer to find this Planet thus far. But I am a tickling fetishist... And... I can't stop watching. I just can't yet give over my findings to NASA. Day after day Planet Feetie forces me to continue watching and cum... I can't help myself. As a woman this is hard to admit to you. And please... this remains classified information.
Now... there is new news to report friend!. I have found a new neighboring Planet. I call it Planet Hands... and... from what I can tell they are close enough to Planet Feetie that a bridge of some sort is being built!
