So based on the fact that Mandy asked a woman to tickle her feet, we can either assume her feet are ticklish and she's into it, or they're not at all ticklish(like most hot blondes) and she wanted to show off her resistance.
 
Mandy Rose has already confirmed she has ticklish feet when she admitted in a cameo that pedicures tickle. And she's not even a natural blonde, she's a brunette.

What do you mean like most "hot blondes"? Hundreds of "hot blondes" have been confirmed on this very forum. Also someone being "hot" is a matter of opinion, who you find hot others won't, who others find hot people might not. Looks and hair color have absolutely zero to do with ticklishness lol
