Roxy wants to hold back when she's tickled sometimes. This was a challenge that the tickler was eager to answer. Her feet are played with while her shoes are still on, eliciting some giggles, as Roxy knows what is coming.
She's caught off guard early in the scene by having her knees and sides tickled, as the laughter starts to flow out of her. Her feet get zeroed in on again by fingers , brushes, the spiky tickle ball, and the modified eletric razor. The spiky tickle ball is very effective on her, as her laughter gets louder and louder. Then her knees and sides are attacked again as she totally gives in to the tickling and realizes that there's nothing she can do to make it stop. As an added bonus, Shae is off screen , teasing her friend as she has to deal with her ticklish predicament.
