Honestly, I don't know if I have to buy it. I have read Johnny No Pants and I have to say I don't like very much when a boy is naked from the beginning. I prefer when he wears a pair of pants and he has an erection for the tickling, and the erection rips the underwear.
However, Ozzy is the artist of ticklish Jay?

Willy proudly performs his duties as an officer of the law wearing only a hat and gunbelt throughout the comic. So you may want to factor that into your purchase decision.

You might want to check out the Further Adventures of Peterton Poe because the series includes the kinds of scenarios you just described.

I've bought all the numbers of Peterton Poe and I have to say I like them (number 2 is my favourite). I think about buy this new comic: I'm sure it is funny.
About my other question: Ozzy is the artist of ticklish Jay? Sorry if I ask again but I'm curious.

I believe ticklish Jay is one of Ozzy's original characters from many moons ago.
