I don't think that ticklishness can be measured in the exact way. People react differently to tickling. For some it's even almost like pain and they can scream, others can laugh cheerfully but uncontrollably, some are very ticklish but struggle hard to suppress their reactions.
Maybe this is also what we like about tickling - wide variety of uncomparable ticklish reactions.
 
A blast from the past, Julie Parton! Perfect feet which were hyper ticklish. She had an amazing laugh as well.
 
Agree with you tck007 she is just the best ever by far! I asked Guiltrip last year about her but she sadly has retired ! I fed up with all the crap these days that gets churned out it may be that it's not the film makers fault perhaps women are evolving into a none ticklish race?
