Hi! I see this is an old post, but if you're still checking it, I was curious if you meant private sessions, or only with studios/at conventions? If private, are you ever in the LA area?
 
I mean honestly, any of your large cities wouldn't be bad if you're trying to make money. There are TONS of tickle fetishist in both NYC and Philadelphia that would pay you well for a tickle session.
