I don't mind "real" because we must face the reality that our fetish porn is what marketers would call "niche" or "boutique" stuff. Most people associate porn with vanilla sex, period. In their parlance, tickling is "foreplay" or somesuch. We also have to keep in mind that likely most of these models choose projects with financial concerns in mind, and I'm guessing vanilla stuff, because it sells more, pays more. Then again, I've also heard that some porn stars are scared of tickling and would rather do S&M than get tied and tickled, so maybe there's more money in it at some porn studios, if there's a shortage of willing subjects.
